He asked if there's anything that I really care about when I step into my car -- this showed how personable the process is. I handed him the key and I went back into my apartment to work on other tasks. It took about 4 hour to do both the interior and exterior. He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. Wish I had before and after photos but I hope these end results proves their work!

Sam is very welcoming, informative and he has a very clean shop that reflects the pride and attention to detail he provides in his work. Sam was never pushy, but was very patient taking time to explain to me all the products, service options and answer my questions. Sam didn't try to "up-sale" me, but his goal was to understand the outcome I was looking for and ensuring that outcome exceeded expectations in the most cost effective manner...and he succeeded! I was able to get a great deal a 10 year old used car (2012 Toyota RAV4), but the car needed some love to bring the vehicle back to "showroom floor" condition and protect it going forward. I looked at a lot of shops in the Philadelphia area and it was well worth the drive to deal with a professional, like Sam, who truly cares about the service he provides to his customers. While Sam has worked on many cars with price points over $100K+, he treated me and my RAV4 as if it was a Rolls Royce. Sam knows that a well maintained vehicle means a lot to everyone regardless of the make, model or MSRP. Sam was even nice enough to update me throughout the detailing process (see pictures of PPF being applied and steam cleaning leather seats). I ended up having the following services done to my RAV4: Polish, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating on the interior and exterior, Paint Protection Film on the hood, behind the door handles and headlights. It should not be overlooked that Sam uses the highest quality products on the market available to him at the time. The produces he uses are all professional grade, high-end materials- he doesn't try to short-change you by using inferior products. Quality and value don't often come together in today's world, but Sam is a true craftsman and I am so happy when I look at my car. My wife, who isn't a car person, was so impressed that she told me "our car looked better than the new cars on the showroom floor." The attached pictures of my car simply do not do Sam's work justice! My hand glides over the smooth body panels. If you've come this far to read this review to the end then you owe it to yourself (and your car) to have a conversation with Sam about having your automobile cared for at Maestro Auto Detailing.

There are two trucks and one car. Every 3000. miles these vehicles get an oil change from this business. Every time we have been there every one has been courteous. It does not take long to do the oil change. This time one of the trucks was brought in for an oil change. This truck needs specific oil and a specific oil filter. We told them about the items that we brought in for the oil change. There was someone new who we spoke to and he told us that the oil and filter we brought did not matter. The oil change would still cost $50.00 using the oil and filter. Previously we were charged $30.00 for an oil change. We left because that was ridiculous!! I said it was stupid. The man said said the oil change involves labor as well. The labor then is $50.00 I asked, and he said yes. Apparently if someone brings the specific oil and specific oil filter they want to be used, that person will be charged the same cost as having the full service. Considering the complete oil change service is $50.00, then the oil and filter are free because I was told the labor cost is $50.00! We did not receive any explanation when we questioned the cost of the service with using our own supplies. We will never return to this business!! We will also tell others about our experience. We will tell others not to go to this business for an oil change!! We just returned from a local inspection station and auto repair shop. Their price for an oil change is $25.00 !!!! Maybe not as convenient, but Half of the Price being charged by this business! And all they do are oil changes at this place!

And when there's no company, its easy to neglect since you know no one will see the mess you made. But my situation changed where I start would having company and no one should see the mess I've done for several years. So I google them and came across Top Priority and order a cleanup of my interior. When I spoke to Chris, the owner of Top Priority, over the phone, he mentioned he could get the interior to look like the car just left the car dealership after being bought. I thought, "Ha, good luck with that." But he did come and he did exactly that. I mean, my car had never been cleaned and he made it look brand new. And believe me, if he can make my car look brand new, he can make your car look brand new. Its been 2 months since he did and everytime I get into my car, I still get taken aback by the beauty he did with it. This week I had him over for the exterior car detail. The car has accumulated scratches and paint. I did not expect the detail to do work on it, but sure enough it did. I mean, the scratches are still there, but he removed all the paint from them, that you have to get up close to the car and really stare to see the scratches. It turns out I didn't need a body shop, just his detail magic. He really works. I assure you my car both interior and exterior were a mess but he restored it. You wanna your restore your the car, this is the guy who will do it.

When he showed up for the appointment, he was trying to talk me into the up charge before he even looked at the interior of my car. He backed off when I told him I only want the basic $179 detail and said he would do the 90 minute $179 interior detail. About 45 minutes into detailing my car, he texted me that he was going to charge me for $215 to clean and $65 additional charge for a total of $295 for stain issues and excessive debris. I don't know where he pulled those numbers out of (which is more than what an exterior and interior detailing is on his site and I wasn't even having my exterior or trunk cleaned) and the numbers don't even total to $295. When I saw his text message, I told him to stop cleaning and that I didn't agree to that and I only wanted the $179 basic cleaning. He said he didn't know how to do that. He then finally said he would only charge me $179, but then sent me a link to pay $215 (including my $50 deposit). I paid and he refunded me $36 about 15 minutes later of his own volition. He is a total scam artist. He is not using professional/commercial grade tools. He is not a professional whatsoever. He lost his phone in my car. He came an hour late to the appointment. Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.
