This rating is not based on their service, as I was unable to take advantage of that. Instead, this…read morereview is for their communication, or lack thereof. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

After doing some research for professional detailers in the area I went with CleanPRO because they had an express hand wash option for $30. The express wash entails a quick vacuum of the front driver and passenger areas, hand wash, and hand dry. This does not include any waxes, polishes, sealants, and the like which are either included in different packages or available as add-ons for an additional price. I went with the express wash because I recently had body work done and I cannot get any waxes or coatings until the paint fully cures. I am overall satisfied with the work they performed. One thing I would recommend is to do a walk-around with a microfiber cloth when you get home and clean off some of the water spots on your car. I wish the detailer spent a little extra attention drying the water off the vehicle, but I may be nitpicking for a $30 hand wash. I had to do this in the past at automated car washes that hand dry your vehicle, but their MO is to pump out cars quickly. I expected a professional detail to have a bit more care and attention. Perhaps the higher-tiered packages will yield better results. However, this is a small inconvenience I am willing to overlook to protect my cars paint. All in all the professionals over at CleanPRO do a very good job at excellent prices. I want to mention that this review is based solely on my own personal experience and by no means is a reflection of the overall work that CleanPRO performs. This review is based only on the express exterior wash and does not reflect any of the other work they perform. Everyone's experience will be different. Give them a chance!

In my ongoing quest for COVID safe entertainment, Car Washes have become something of an event for…read moreme. All the machines whirling, the lights flashing, the colors of all the different soaps. It's like a clean car with a show! This car wash has a couple of distinct advantages over others I've visited: 1. Open 24 hours 2. Two different bays, so two cars can be washed at the same time. There are no attendants or staff, so if anything goes wrong, you're basically SOL. In this model, after selecting your service and paying your fee at the machine, you're directed to drive into the bay until you hit a pressure plate that signals to the machinery that a car is there. The machine then triggers, moving back and forward along your car, which stays still. There are not as many pretty lights, however because the car wash shed is made of transparent panels, it is very light and airy - not dank or dark. There are a few flashing lights and such, and some mild colors, kind of meh. I will say the jets on this machine are serious about blasting dirt off - it made the car rock back and forth as they passed, and I can see where that might do damage to car parts, depending. If your side view mirror is loose, I wouldn't used this car wash. Overall, it was fine. Car was reasonably clean. They have vacuums, I didn't stop for them.

Another car wash is the process of being built across the street let's see if Lov can get their act together before it opens. If not I'll be taking my two monthly passes over there. Just a suggestion 1) spend money to repair equipment. 2) hire a top knoch mechanic that can actually have a impact. It's your business fix or don't fix it, remember Spark car wash will be opening soon. Do the right thing for your customers. Pgeb
