Finally got my first hand wash today from the professionals over at CleanPRO. Subaru paint is very weak and I did not want to run it through an automated car wash. After doing some research for professional detailers in the area I went with CleanPRO because they had an express hand wash option for $30. The express wash entails a quick vacuum of the front driver and passenger areas, hand wash, and hand dry. This does not include any waxes, polishes, sealants, and the like which are either included in different packages or available as add-ons for an additional price. I went with the express wash because I recently had body work done and I cannot get any waxes or coatings until the paint fully cures. I am overall satisfied with the work they performed. One thing I would recommend is to do a walk-around with a microfiber cloth when you get home and clean off some of the water spots on your car. I wish the detailer spent a little extra attention drying the water off the vehicle, but I may be nitpicking for a $30 hand wash. I had to do this in the past at automated car washes that hand dry your vehicle, but their MO is to pump out cars quickly. I expected a professional detail to have a bit more care and attention. Perhaps the higher-tiered packages will yield better results. However, this is a small inconvenience I am willing to overlook to protect my cars paint. All in all the professionals over at CleanPRO do a very good job at excellent prices. I want to mention that this review is based solely on my own personal experience and by no means is a reflection of the overall work that CleanPRO performs. I've never had a professional detail. I usually do it myself. This time, I just didn't feel like it. I reached out on New Years Day, and they responded. Had an appointment the next morning. I got the full detail. Wash, wax,and full detail inside. I spilled coffee all over my front seat and had a stain in my back. I've tried to get up with my own steam cleaner, and it never worked. You get what you pay for... I was a little hesitant paying 215 bucks to have my suv washed, waxed, polished, and then hand waxed again (the 3 stage exterior package). Interior would have been extra so I did it on my own before I dropped it off since I keep my interior flawless so it doesn't need much. But as soon as I saw my car parked outside when I came back I really felt like it was money well spent! These guys are truly professional and the results show it! The car looks better than when I bought it new! They did an amazing job and I will absolutely come back for my wash and detailing needs! Thanks so much! I saw the reviews this detailed had in Yelp and took a chance. You see, something happened to this new to me 2014 Toyota Highlander that nvr happened in my 2001 hoopty in 2 1/2 years! After 2nd day of owning car a car in front of me ran over and kicked up against my car a 2 x 4 piece of black material that left a bad black smudge on my white car!! I explained what happened and they were honest with about the car. Well I got the detail and the smudge remover order. CleanPro definitely lives up to its name. I did not have an appointment so they put me on the waiting list. I got the call and I took my car in for what I thought was going to be an outside wash. Since nobody rides in my car I usually clean and vacuum the inside of my car myself. I had some time, so I asked them to clean the inside of my car also. The guys were so good that they used flashlights to find the dirt and dust. I am so glad that I got the inside of my car cleaned. The car is 10 years old but looks almost new. There were plastic and rubber parts of the interior that I had trouble with, and these "pros" took care of it. My next appointment will be for a full detail. read more
