I just called them, and they explained the different packages without trying to upsell me too hard, which I appreciated. They helped me pick something that actually fit what my car needed. When I got there, they did a quick walkaround with me and pointed out some stuff I hadn't even noticed, like buildup in certain areas and some light scratches. It made me feel like they actually knew what they were doing and weren't just going through the motions. I left my car there for a few hours, and they kept me updated, which was nice. I've been to places before where you just drop your car off and hope for the best, but this felt a lot more professional. When I came back to pick it up, the first thing I noticed was the shine. The outside looked way better than I expected--it honestly looked close to how it did when I first got the car. The paint felt smooth, and they even got rid of some marks I thought were permanent. The inside was probably the biggest difference. I had stains on my seats and crumbs everywhere, and they somehow got it all out. It actually smelled clean too, not like that overpowering fake scent some places use. They also paid attention to the small stuff. The cup holders, vents, and even the little spaces between the seats were completely cleaned out. That's usually where most places slack off, but not here. Price-wise, it wasn't the cheapest, but it didn't feel overpriced either. For the amount of work they put in, I'd say it was fair. I'd rather pay a little more and have it done right than cheap and sloppy. One thing I liked was that they didn't rush me out when I picked up the car. They walked me through everything they did and asked if I was happy with it. It felt like they actually cared about doing a good job.
