I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

They broke my car seat, refused to take responsibility for it and then accused me of being a scammer. Like my big score in life was going to a car wash with a broken seat and blaming them. The owner seemed to be understanding and then his wife came out and starting yelling at me in Chinese. Unfortunately the owner then kowtowed to her crazy ass. I asked what the big deal was, that they had to have some form of business insurance for these exact situations and the guy said he didn't have any. I don't even know how that's possible. I wound up calling the police and having a report taken. I asked to review the cameras so we could see them move my seat and they said their cameras weren't working. The whole situation was suspect as hell. Avoid this uninsured, unprofessional business at all costs. Absolutely zero clue how to handle simple liability issues other than deny and call your repeat customer a scammer.

They drive the car through for me and then thoroughly dry it and clean the inside out. You really can't beat this service. If you're super picky you can always do some extra detailing afterwards but it's not necessary.

I didn't want to spring for a full detail, so I said just soap and water on the outside, and a full detail inside. The car looks like it's brand new, and they did a lot more than I asked on the outside, the wheels were sparkling. The inside looked like it did when it was brand new, and it was filthy before. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT!
