Wasted money car wasn't clean at all, didn't get your basic bird droppings off and the vacuum have great suction and didn't pick up dirt like it should and not to mention you can't change the nozzle so you can't get into the side of the seat! I moved to Bear in Oct. 2023. Signed up for the $25 monthly package. Everything was fine until March, when the gate would not let me in. I checked my credit card bill and notice they didn't bill me so I tried to reactivate my account. A few days later nothing. I tried to set up again but then I took my receipt to one of the attendants. He then set me up again and gave me a new ID reader. It was good for one month and then it happened again. Then a guy there told me they are not able to renew my account. The phone number given to me has no voicemail. No response to my emails to two different addresses. I then find out (from another visit) that their billing system went down and didn't do the automatic billing back in March (for everyone I believe). And I was told that I was on the "Do Not Renew List" because I set up 6 or 7 accounts. This is dumb because their system did the error and I can imagine others have had the same problem. Plus I had only 2 different ID readers done and the first was obviously void. The attendants working there are nice but ownership is horrible.!! I'll take my business elsewhere and recommend for others to do the same ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE- After paying 29.99 for years I ask the manager to help out with an issue I had today and he asks "what I'm complaining about?" And also said the employee who refused to spray my windshield "Didn't want to!" So I called the owners number on the sign which doesn't even have a voicemail! I texted the number and the owner calls back yelling at me to "never talk that way to his manager again because he's been working there a long time!!" EXCUSE ME!!! But you've lost a customer and I hope many many more!!! read more

Customs service was great while at the wash. Have been there twice. The last time after we drove off noticed a large amount of scratches to my windshield and right passenger window. Called them up and the manager politely explained if we do not bring it up before we leave the car wash they have no way of knowing when it happened. I understand their position, but am pretty confident that the car wash damaged my windows. read more

Can't wash your truck bed out if it has a little bit of dirt in it? Whats the point of going there? "Hey Buddy! Can't yuou read the sign? no excessive dirt!!" I guess it's ok to spend 8 dollars there but they don't want to work and clean the bays up afterwards. You can keep this place. I'll wash my vehicles elsewhere. read more

I have made the mistake of going to this carwash I have had 2 hubcaps messed up by the mechanism that pulls the car through the car washand 1 was factory equipped hub cap both times! Employee denied the are responsible for the damage. The last time the manager was disrespectful to me and tried to blame me.They no that they are responsible for the damage but don't want to pay for the damage they are responsible for.One other time I payed extra to get my wheels cleaned but the wheels came out dirtier then they came in. read more

Terrible experience. After the car was washed found a large scratch on the front of my car. Notified one of the attendants about the damage in case they needed to check out the car wash. The attendant immediately got defensive and was implying I was lying and that the damage didn't occur at the wash. I wasn't asking for repairs, just wanted to make sure they knew something might not be working properly. Won't visit again. read more

Drive through car wash. Easy drive up with kiosk pay where you can use cash or credit to buy your wash. The line keeps moving quickly and efficiently. You have the option of going through soft cloth or no touch washes. Good location but unfortunately it is located on a divided highway which makes it a little difficult if you are not traveling in the right direction. read more

Good for a quick rinse, but have been here several times and was left with a substantial amount of residual dirt, bird poo, and soap film, even with the highest purchase option. Good value in the standard wash but not much in the higher level washes. Vacuums are ok, but not incredibly powerful. Attendants are always smiling and friendly. read more

This place gets the job done. I bought a new car back in May and I've come here every ten days or so since. I love their touch free car wash. The only problem with it is the turn to get into the washes is extremely tight and if you don't line yourself up right you run the risk of rubbing the curb. So be careful! There are plenty of vacuums available as well. overall, I recommend this place. read more

Not a bad wash, but unless you upgrade you are going to have to wipe down your car. The blowers they have to dry the car with the basic wash just don't cut it. They have blowers that drop down with the upgraded washes. And it is worse if I take my truck thru there. If I am going to drop 16 bucks for a car wash just to get it dried better I will go to Lee's just past the 13/40 merge, where the car will get vacuumed and hand dried. read more

Got my car washed there today and when I went to vacuum it, I found the rear windshield wiper arm was broken off and a light on the top of my hatch was hanging loose. The worker went in and found my wiper yet said their machines couldn't have done it.... yet there he stood with my snapped wiper. No remorse or apology. Left with car damage and bird poop still in my car. $92 later, wiper arm replaced. Never again!!!! read more

I wasn't sure why I came back, possibly out of desperation but I'm glad I did and gave this place a second chance. My new car was in need of a wash as it was rained on immensely by bird droppings from my company's parking lot. This time, I went with the "soft cloth" option instead of "no touch" one which i went with the last time. The "no touch" wash did absolutely nothing to my car as you can see from my first review. This time around, with the soft cloth option, I got a more thorough washing and my car came out clean and sparkly. The selection was for a $5 basic wash and was really all my car needed. Completely over this place. Stopped by for their "wacky Wednesday" special. I selected the plus wash and several dirt stains were left all of over my car. I wasn't even able to find an attendant to request a towel so I could finish cleaning my car. Also my car was still very wet after the wash. read more

I live in the city of Wilmington but go to this wash specifically for the Touch-Free premium wash and free vacs. It always leaves my car spotless and there is minimal hand-drying afterwards. read more

During the process of my car was at the Bear Car Wash, I apparently lost to the cover to my driver's side mirror. The manager was not only nice enough to retrieve it but actually wipe it off and placed it back on my vehicle. He also provided me with a free coupon for next wash just for my troubles. I was so appreciative in the excellent customer service and how the manager went out of his way to ensure that I left the business happy and completely a satisfied customer. I clean my vehicle at this site on a regular basis and have nothing but high praises of the service rendered and the professionalism of the entire staff members. read more

I was a regular customer since this place opened, rotating 4 cars there. I went and had my car washed and knew my rims were dirty so I paid for the tire cleaning feature Not only did my tires still have mud on them initially but my rims remained black. I bent down and rubbed the smuge with my hand. I then got the attention of a worker, he bent down and whipped too. He said, we'll rerun your car through. It appeared as if they sprayed something on the rim and when I went through the second time. Still not clean. The GM Mike was nicely rude and gave me a spiel about the eco friendly chemicals and their brushes can't clean that type of grime. I said, but I paid extra for the tires to be clean. His response was I can end up on a list and not be allowed back if I take a refund. After I said how ridiculous he sounded, then he proposed a third wash. I took a cloth and was able to wipe off the gook. Customer service absolutely unprofessional and deplorable. Oh, and when you call the phone number for the business, you get a cellphone of someone named Short who doesn't call back. read more
