When I joined the membership I was told to at least come once a week for it to be worth the cost but unfortunately I moved to another area which doesn't allow me to conveniently visit as frequently as I once did. I must also say in the last 2 years the quality of service and hospitality did decline after the previous service staff is not here anymore. I'm not certain if they got new jobs or left the country considering some things that are going on socially, but the new team members just don't seem to have the same care as before. I have decided to cancel my membership for these reasons and also there is a new larger one that's closer to where I moved 4 years ago now; they got a lot of money from membership out of me without my using it over the last 2 years as much. The popularity also outgrew this location's size as many of the times I wanted to stop I didn't because the line was too long. I still think this is a great business to support.

On my visit, I paid $30 for an exterior wash, autogloss, and tire gloss. While I understand that prices have increased, my concern is not with the cost but with the quality of service provided. For reference, my receipt information is as follows: Exterior #53hz7 Docket #53hz7 date 12/12/26 11:45 am The location appears to be operating under a new system that only allows one car at a time, with just two employees at the register and two handling interior details. Unfortunately, this staffing level is insufficient to deliver the level of service customers expect. As a result, my vehicle was left drying in the sun, which caused noticeable water spots. I ultimately had to rewash and dry the car myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for professional service. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. When customers pay for premium services such as autogloss and tire gloss, they should reasonably expect their vehicle to be properly cared for and finished without issues that require additional work on their part. I hope Autobell will take this feedback seriously and address the staffing and process issues at this location. Customers deserve consistent, reliable service that reflects the value of what they are paying for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hers was loaded with steak, caramelized onions, fresh bell peppers, and a blend of cheeses. We'd made them combos ($3.50 upcharge) so we had sides of sweet potato waffle fries (excellent). She had a 16 ounce fountain drink and I had a 24 ounce house blend coffee from a machine that literally ground the beans and brewed the coffee right then and there. And it was really good. This cost us about 20 bucks for the gas and $20.80 for lunch. By the time we finished, I had already looked up all of their locations, and I am pleased to report that they have one just outside of Richmond! TL;DR- delicious, inexpensive food, cheap gas, and excellent service. And a car wash if you have time. Highly recommended.
