I pulled in when it was my turn, and the service tech could not have been nicer. He explained everything and I chose the most expensive synthetic oil and I had a $10.00 coupon. When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

Great customer service they even offered me a ride home and pick up for when the car was ready. I just live a block away so I walked for the exercise. Being offered the shuttle service was just another reason this place is awesome they do great work !! Al, the owner of R&M Automotive, took advantage of my fiancée by convincing her she needed a new…read moreradiator when she did not. She actually had a valve issue that was clearly identified on the diagnostic code he ran and was fully covered by Subaru. Despite this, Al told her the car was unsafe to drive without replacing the radiator and pushed the repair. After the radiator was replaced, the car still did not function properly. The issue was ultimately fixed at Subaru when the valve was replaced. When confronted, Al acknowledged that she probably should have gone to Subaru first, yet he offered no compensation or accountability for charging her for an unnecessary radiator and labor. This wasn't an honest mistake; it was poor judgment at best and predatory behavior at worst. I'm posting this so others can avoid the same situation. There are plenty of mechanics in the area (e.g. Everest Automotive) choose one with integrity who won't scare customers into unnecessary repairs.

The services on my car are solid. I changed my 4 tires here and got them aligned and this time fixed the slow leaking tire. I would recommend just drop off the car for any services.
