Assistance at the shop is kinda rude to customers. I'm speaking plain English but he always correct me with car language with an attitude. I get it, I learned some new car/term that day. Thank you very much. Moreover, I had an appointment to fix a slow leaking tire at 9am and they fixed it by 12:30pm (luckily they did charge me for 4 hours of labor fee). The services on my car are solid. I changed my 4 tires here and got them aligned and this time fixed the slow leaking tire. I would recommend just drop off the car for any services. I am dropping 3 stars for the encounter. read more

Just want to Thank Just Tires because I had a piece of wire on the side of my tire and the tech at Just Tires was truthful. He checked it, pulled out the wire and said it didn't go all the way thru. No charge. He could have charged me, sold me a new tire but he was truthful. I will but all my tires from this location (Just Tires on Kirkwood Highway). Thank you :) read more

Just recently had some tires replaced at this location. I have to say that the crew could not have been more accommodating. Especially Shelby at the front desk. When I made my initial call, she was professional but friendly and very helpful. I was having an issue and she did her best to have this resolved immediately. This location will definitely be my "go to " place for future service. Linda Thackray read more

Did they fix my car? Yes. Was the customer service good? No. It was terrible. The two workers behind the desk didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. The girl was uninterested, and the taller big fat dude has zero customer service skills. He tried to ignore me until I raised my voice. He was acting like I was invisible while he was using his phone. Funny thing is, the mechanic was the easiest person to talk to, he was cool. But 0% chance I'm coming back to Just Tires on Kirkwood. They're getting 2 stars only because the mechanic did his job. Otherwise this place is a 1 star business read more

I will go here at any time to make a tire purchase and also for other services they offer. Joe and Len were the guys who helped me the last time. I had my brakes done here the last time I was in. The price was competitive, the work done on time and done perfectly, and their attitude was professional and courteous. read more

Absolutely unacceptable!! I made a 4:30pm appointment. AN APPOINTMENT!! As soon as I arrive, the only available installer leaves to go eat. 5:15pm and the car is still sitting unattended. I already asked that no courtesy services be done because I have somewhere else to be. Why would you schedule a service when you don't have workers available? Lunches are scheduled, right? The place just gives off a feel of unprofessionalism. The front desk attendant isn't in uniform and the original front desk attendant I made the appointment with argued the validity of my tire source (Tire Rack), even though I explained that they are listed as a preferred installer for their website. I will be contacting Tire Rack about that. They may not want to do business with a place that says they've never heard of them. I only want to switch two tires. I could only imagine the quality of the actual vehicle service. Couldn't be me. One and done for sure. Well worth it to go down the street to Mavis and pay $60 more. Time is valuable. 5:30 still waiting. 5:44 still waiting. 6:00 done. 1 1/2 for 2 tires. read more

Outstanding Customer Service! We regularly take our cars here when we have a need but today after picking up our car I thought it was important to share my excellent experience. 4 new tires and a front end alignment, they did an outstanding job and also provided us with the best customer service! Everyone we dealt with was kind and customer friendly! :) Great job Kirkwood Hwy location! read more

Customer service stinks! I walked in spoke and the guy at the counter didnt acknowledge me at all. He did paper work for close to 10 mins before saying What do you need?! I was taken back, he seems upset or grumpy or doesn't like my kind. I was very polite the entire time he didn't say thank you you're welcome or anything just give me the keys! He seemed upset that I was staying for my oil change. read more

They changed 4 rotors and pads of the Volvo xc90 min I bought from CarMax and gave a 2 year 22K mile warranty. After 10k miles, the same problem appeared and because they did not tighten a bolt in the rear brake caliper completely, it fell off and damaged the rear brake. I made an appointment and went the next day. They didn't fix my car and their excuse was that they couldn't find the tire lug lock. I told them that they were the last ones to use it and if it was not there, it was their problem, they refused and the place they were looking for that piece was my personal bag with the word "TDBANK" written on it. When I asked them why they did this without my approval, they swore at me and kicked me out of the store. This is going to court in the end. Finally, CarMax customer service tried to solve this problem, but ROB from Just Tires didn't like my style. It's their own employees who swear and rummage through bags without permission. read more

Great service! No BS. Highly recommend. Went there to have a nail in the tire checked, but it was just a small tack. They pulled it, charged nothing. I'll be back. That's how you do business! read more

I would highly recommend Just Tires on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington. Their customer service is excellent. My tire air pressure light came on suddenly on a Saturday night. I called Sunday and they took me right in inspected all of the tires and took care of the problem. This is not the first time this happened and I am very thankful that they are always there for you. Thanks Again! read more

Incompetent is to small a word for how bad this place and it's workers are. I brought my Nissan Altima in for new tires , brakes and an oil change. This was to only take 2 and a half hours. It took 6 and a half to just get the oil and tires done. Which they didn't reset the sensor for the warning light that they said they would fix. Which they never did. $456.79 for that then a reschedule the following week to install the brakes and flush the antifreeze. So back I went to wait ANOTHER 7 HOURS in an uncomfortable chair in a waiting area with a t.v. that only got one channel. And after 7 hours and another $989.00 they still didn't fix the sensor. So had to wait an additional 40 minutes while they did that. Which if I hadn't mentioned again it wouldn't have been done. And after a total of 13 hours and 40 minutes, over $1,400 in total repairs THE FUCKING SENSOR IS STILL ON!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR THE RETURN BUSINESS. THE ONE IN NEW CASTLE IS EQUALLY AS BAD AS THEY COULDNT WRAP THERE MINDS AROUND FIXING THE SENOR EITHER BUT HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING ME FOR THE EFFORT AND THEN LIE AND SAY ITS FIXED!!!! THERES A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR THESE COCK SUCKERS. PRAY I NEVER SEE THEM CROSSING THE STREET WHILE IM BEHIND THE WHEEL!!!! read more

Do not bring your car to this place. Service is lousy and management is a joke. Can't fix a simple tire and won't plug a tire with a simple nail hole. They push you to buy a whole new tire to boost sales. What a rip off. read more

This place is great!!! I am a single mom and am always leery about going to an auto shop to get my car worked on but the men here are very respectful and kind. When I booked the appointment the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. And the tire rotation is for the life of the tires even though I didn't buy the tires here which I thought was great. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me more than what I needed. There was another single woman in the waiting room as well and I overheard the man telling her about what is going on with her car and he was very kind, patient and genuinely wanted to help the woman. I had been here before and had no problems so I'm just glad I remembered to come back again for such great service. read more

Thank you Michelle! Called for a quote, had my tires, installed same day, price matched, she did a fantastic job. Just Tires is lucky to have an employee with great skills and great customer service read more

I've been coming to this place for years. They are a super friendly very honest low prices, staff service. Just like their sign says.

I had an appt. to have a damaged tire replaced with a new tire. The service was completed in 45 minutes. Customer service was great and the technician even came to me with a question about rotating the tires. I found the place clean. The waiting area had TV. A computer counter with electrical sockets and USB ports for charging phones. read more

This place sucks . They changed a headlight for me and made it Seem like they had to take my bumper off to change it . That wasn't the case at all. I just had to change the same headlight two months later and took me 30 seconds . They charged me 50 for the labor and 20 for the headlight. I got the headlight this time for 15 and changed it for free . They got me . Won't happen again read more

Dirty building...dirty waiting area...while a family next to me was scrolling the TV for a kids show "sexy horny nymphs" popped up as an option...Put a blocker on for heavens sake it takes two minutes. The tech fought with me over putting the wrong kind of oil into my car...pretty much telling me it was his choice as to what goes in my car....hell no....I stopped that and got them to do what I asked but took over 1.5 hours even though I had an appt...never again. read more

They do the job but people that work there definitely does not know customer service. There're rude and demeanor is like they are doing you a favor to work on your car. Rather pay more to have dealership do work in future. read more

I only came here once back in May of 2006 I was working down in the area and my car. I have gone here a couple of times and found prices to be fair and service adequate. Yesterday I went for an oil change and tire rotation which is included in the price. First I made the mistake of not re-enforceing the fact that I did want them checking out anything else on the vehicle. So instead of taking 45 minutes, which should be more than enough time, to complete my two requests I sat there for one hour 15 minutes. Not happy about that. They checked all other things in the car (their 20 point check) and found the climate control filter to be very dirty and need to be replaced. I asked what the price would be. It was $16 plus another $12 for installation. Ok so you took it out of the car for free and now you want to charge me to replace it. Bottom line is they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it from their supplier. I can go to any car parts store and buy it cheaper and install it in 5 minutes. I watch my technician work on my car and it seemed to me he was wasting more time walking around the work bay than getting my job done. This employee seem to be more interested in wasting time so he would not have to complete my job and move on to the next one. I commented to the mgr that I know it is hard to get qualified help but your employee is costing you and your business money. He must have agreed with me because he discounted the cost of the labor involved in the work done today. There are a lot of fish in the sea and I will move on and spend my money somewhere else. The customer is the number one reason for what you do. These people don't grasp the concept. read more
