WARNING! I figured I'd support a local small business. Boy did I regret it. The owner Yento is an…read morearrogant slow prick. A schemer. I went to his shop. With my own single din radio in my hand for my 95 mustang GT. This man KEPT pressuring me saying "no you don't wanna put that in that nice car". Then he proceeds to ask me to buy my car, HUH? Very unprofessional! I told him the reason I wanted the single din is because my car is converted, only had space for the single din to fit. He still insisted that I pay $50 for a touchscreen radio he just took out of someone else's car who "wanted a bigger screen". my fault for trusting this scammer. He ordered the 7in kit to install, next day I go and like I said it does not fit. He then called his friend at some back alley shop in Wilmington. Then guy tried his hardest to fix the issue. He ended up cutting parts out of my car... (i was obviously trying to avoid that). he needed more slack to fit the radio kit in & he cut a zip tie that was holding my oil pressure line. Which led to the line just hanging on the ground. When he was finished and got the radio all installed I asked him can he zip tie the line back in. He said "oh you can just do that when you get home. Wth ? Of course on the drive home oil my car started smoking and spraying oil all over. And get this! THE RADIO ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WORK! I reached out to yento to see how can all of this be takin care of. He told me bring the car by in the morning. I did that thinking he'd do it right then. Number 1 i already do not trust you because you sold me a non working radio. He says to me "you can go". I said i stay where my car is. He looks at me and says in the rudest way "all my cars cost more than this one" then proceeds to point to an old orange pickup truck lol. Then he jokingly says "I did 15 years in jail, my word is everything. Okay? Do yourself a favor and go to Bestbuy. Save yourself the headache seriously. This man has no clue what he's doing. And he's soooo unprofessional. Thankfully the other guy came back and fixed my oil line.... And GUESS WHAT.... Radio still doesn't work. But I'll be taking my car to a more credible place to get it replaced. All together I paid $300 for a radio to not even work lol. Wild

DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH NAVI AUTO TRANSPORT! The whole…read moreexperience was bad. We scheduled for our car to be transported from California to Oregon. Scheduling with them, we are told we would be notified 12-24 hours before pickup, but nope. We just got a text at 7am that pickup was "today". I had to ask if there was an estimated window for pickup, and was told 2-4pm. Our car was not delivered between 2-4pm, so I reached out again after 4pm because I have a son who needed to get to practice soon, and was told the driver was "stuck in traffic" and would now be arriving around 7:30pm. The driver came and picked up the car. Next day, my boyfriend checks the live GPS at 9am and it shows the car is in the same city that it should be dropped off. Awesome that it got there so fast, but we were told we would be given notice of an estimated day/time of drop off. The person who should be receiving the car in Oregon was not notified either from the company or driver, and now has to leave work to get home for drop off. We finally get in touch with Navi after multiple attempts of calling them and the driver without success, where they say that the car should be dropped off by 1pm. The car is delivered about 2:45pm. I'm not sure if Navi thinks everyone is just home all day and available for pickup and delivery at Navi and the drivers convenience, but to pay $1000 for this kind of service and BAD COMMUNICATION is unbelievable. I understand things happen, and window times change but it's common sense for a business to give their customer a courtesy call on changes and not leave their customers guessing, or having the customers reach out to the business to get an update! It doesn't matter that they are an auto transport broker, the subcontractor or third party carriers that they connect the customers to are still a representation of Navi Auto Transport. And after this experience, I can confirm it's a really bad representation. Never using this company again.
