I highly recommend this place. This location sits in the corner of the shopping center but it's top service as soon as you pull up! The customer service was very rude. First the guy approached my vehicle demanding I move my car behind the yellow line saying the line was for if he had an emergency in the bay he needed space to evacuate, there was NO cars in the bay. Next he says he was not going to top my oil saying it was too close to the time I needed an oil change. I was almost 1000 miles away from needing an oil change. This was his desperate attempt to get me to get an oil change I assume. When the younger gentleman checked my level he said it was dangerously low so I asked to just buy 2 quarts of oil and the older gentleman came running over refusing to sell me oil. At the last minute he the agreed to put 1 quart in because he said he couldn't let me leave like that. This place is ridiculous. I am assuming this guy is a manager? read more

Pretty quick oil change. They didn't have the filter for my car so I did have to run to auto-zone and buy it myself and then come back. The manager was really rude to two women who were also there getting there vehicles serviced so that was very disappointing, and he tried to up charge her. Overall, fine. read more

Very disappointed with this location. Been using jiffy lube for years but never this store and am never going to again from my experience here the last couple of days. Went in for an oil change and off the employees recommendation got my cabin filter changed and anti freeze topped off. The next day while at work I realized I have a huge puddle of anti freeze underneath my car and also a text from my wife saying there's a huge puddle at your parking spot at home. No heads up on the paperwork from the techs the previous day about a possible leak or evidence of one previously and now all of a sudden I'm leaking anti freeze. I had to leave work early and lose 3 hours of overtime to have them inspect it. While on the way my car overheated on 95 which I've never had happen before and I had to have my brother come meet me on the shoulder with anti freeze. I was told my water pump is leaking and it's not from the services they did despite the problem occurring less than 24 hours after they worked on my vehicle. After I left I called the corporate office to file a complaint and was told I'd hear from the franchise owner in 24-48 hours. The next day I have a voicemail from the store manager telling me to bring the car back a second time for further inspection while he's there. Mind you he's there until 4PM so I left work early once again this time losing 2hours of work to get my car re-inspected to hear the same result as the previous day. Ive filled my coolant 3-4 times since my service which is something I never had to do before. My car was running fine before my service and now after I'm left With a messy parking spot, no refund, no car to drive to work until I pay for a mechanic to fix the issue they created and Won't own up to. So out of doing my due diligence and getting my car maintenanced I'm left with a leaking car and 800-1000 bill after the service was performed. Long story short my car worked fine before Jiffy Lube touched it and now I cant drive my pregnant wife or 6 year old anywhere, nor myself to work until I find a mechanic to fix this mess. Insulting to be told it's a coincidence considering my car was so reliable one day and then inoperable after service the next. Do better Jiffy Lube and own up to your mistakes you just lost a customer for LIFE! I'd give 0 stars if possible. read more

I made two separate appointments with them during a recent two week time span - one in person for a later date and one over the telephone. They screwed up both - apparently having never entered me into their system. I showed up for the second appointment on a Saturday at 0730 and the part that was needed for the work hadn't even been ordered. Offered me a loaner car but I declined. I understand that mistakes are made but twice in two weeks is a bit much. Their mild arrogance is what got to me, like an attitude of "oh well". I've been here twice with two different vehicles, but this is based on my last experience. I love that I can stop in and out at a Jiffy Lube. One of the techs was nice enough to bring an umbrella to my car and walk me in, which was awesome since it was POURING. The guy who ran all the services by me and checked me out was not friendly at all. I actually felt like I was doing him a disservice from being there. Maybe I caught him in a bad day. They even vacuum your car and can replace your windshield wipers, cabin air filters, perform brake services, preventative maintenance and more. Not a great day, but a good place. read more

First time at this location and I was in a bit of a hurry and didn't want to wait forever for an oil change. I was pleasantly greeted and my car into the bay almost immediately. They asked me to open the hood of the car and then i was escorted to the waiting area. The waiting area was clean and they offered free coffee . There was a nice assortment of magazines to browse through as you waited. A young man called my name and asked me to come to the counter. I get there an some sort of filter is sitting there. He told me it was my air filter and that they recommended that i have it changed. Who asked you to remove it? He explained it's part of what they offer...blah blah blah... I came for an oil change! If there's anything bad it would be I don't like the upsell but I understand that business dictates it. I ended up getting the filter for an overinflated price of course! Disappointing to say the least. I have been coming here for over 10 years with 3 separate cars. On this recent visit, the customer service was rather lacking. I was not greeted politely nor was I asked what service I wanted performed on the car. I had to wait out front due to COVID, where I had a bird's eye view of the entire place. My car was not moved inside at all. After about 20 minutes a guy waives me inside and says "69.99" Nothing else about the filter, no offer for other services - just the price. Customers Beware! Mechanics left bolts and a wratchet under my hood! Seriously? I should have known they didn't know what they were doing when they had to special order my oil filter, service taking over 50 minutes for an oil change (7 other cars came and left while I was sitting there), and the fact that the store manager said to me, "your car is like a jigsaw puzzle!".... apparently, he's not good a jigsaw puzzles if he left parts sitting under my hood! Bought my car here every 3000.00 miles and my car wasn't running well then brought it to my mechanic and was told my oil was 2 quotes low and the oil was BLACK the sticker on my car said I still had 2000.00 miles before my next oil change and No it wasn't burning oil THEY NEVER CHANGED THE OIL. I feel the veh insp was pencil whipped. My car was not 1/2 q low on oil when entering. I know I checked it before I had it serviced but according to my invoice I was. Nor did I "decline" to have my tires inflated to its proper pressure. No one presented or went over any "recommendations" nor did they show proof that I needed any recommend services-however my invoice shows I need the following services, Radiator, Fuel, Transmission. I received an oil change that's what I needed. I don't feel confident that anything else was checked or done. Just a FYI...Invoice # was 184 and service was 2/27/17. read more

Upsell and Lie - When I arrived, I told the guy who greeted me that I DID NOT WANT their extra inspections. "All I want is an oil change and rotate the tires." I entered the waiting room. A few minutes later, a different man came in, placed a dirty air filter and cabin filter on the counter. I asked, "Are those from my car?" Ans: YES, they need replaced. "I specifically told you guys to not touch anything else, why did you do that?" Ans: We check everything. "I already bought brand new air and cabin filters. Put them back!" Ans. OK. Your car requires synthetic oil. "What? No one else has said that." Ans. That oil grade, 0W-20 only comes in synthetic. You can check with Honda. "OK, put it in." When I got home I pulled out the owners manual for my Accord: p501 - Regular Oil! Synthetic is an OPTION. Don't trust these guys! read more

Too bad they don't fix the big pothole as fast as the oil change. At least put a cone up. That pothole has been there forever!
