I pulled in when it was my turn, and the service tech could not have been nicer. He explained everything and I chose the most expensive synthetic oil and I had a $10.00 coupon. When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

I made arrangements to have the repairs done and George accommodated me every step of the way. When I received the car after the repairs, all check engine lights were off and I took the vehicle to thru inspection with ease. After my car was fixed, the same person decided to take the two people behind me in line ahead of me and made me wait additional time while my boss was franticly texting me about how much longer it was going to take. When this person finally got to me, he made a rather snide remark which drew a rude reply from me. He's reply was even ruder, and he even made a slight threat. I have been dealing with the public for decades and have never handled a angry customer in the nasty way this person did. It was the type or conversation you have with a customer you never want to ever see again, which is the result of this encounter.

I popped two of my tires on a Wednesday morning and had to call a towing company to get my car towed to this Firestone. Of course, I called the Firestone ahead of time to check if it was OK that I sent my car over there. Joe let me know that they could start immediately working on my car even if I am not there in person and for the towing guy to just ask for him when he got there. The car would be finished by the time I could pick it up after work. Joe let me know when my car arrived, what work they would do on it, and what types of tires I needed. He was very transparent about everything they were doing to my car. He even threw in complimentary tire rotations and an alignment adjustment because I still had the warranty on my car after visiting a Firestone in Florida a few months back (they looked me up in their system using my phone number). I spoke with Ty on Saturday, 9/19/26, and they got me into the shop on Sunday, 9/20/26 at 11:00 AM. After the technician inspected the tire, it was determined that the tire could not be repaired. Based on the remaining tread depth of the other three tires, I decided to invest in a full set of four brand-new tires instead. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed a fresh scratch on the driver-side door near the doorknob. I took a picture on the spot, went back inside, and notified Ty. He came out, took his own photo of the damage, and promised that his manager would call me back in a couple of days. Naturally, I never received that call. I had to chase them down myself on Monday, 9/28/26, and spoke with the manager, Rocco. After questioning me about the incident, Rocco stated he would get Tyler's side of the story and call me right back. Once again, I was ghosted. It is now Sunday, 10/4/26--two weeks after the damage occurred--and I have heard absolutely nothing. It is completely unacceptable to damage a customer's vehicle and then repeatedly dodge phone calls. If you value your car and expect basic accountability, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
