On top of the issue with the defective tire they trashed my tire which they were supposed to hold onto for me. They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly.
