They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else. We made an appointment for 10:00 AM, selected two tires and paid the $25.00 deposit. When she arrived for her appointment (on time), she was informed it would be an hour and a half wait until her car would be brought back, and another forty five minute wait for the installation. Leaving was not an option so she waited. Finally, her car was going back for the installation, but was now informed that the tires we put a deposit on were unavailable and she had to select different ones. For starters, why did we make an appointment online for 10:00 AM, only to arrive and have to wait over two hours? Secondly, why did we select tires and pay a 25.00 deposit, only to find out they weren't available? Is this the bait and switch tactic to get you to buy more expensive tires? Would this situation have happened if her dad was with her? I don't know. I do know that this was horrible customer service. Perhaps we did choose the wrong location, but now we chose the wrong business as well!
