There were no clearly visible signs prohibiting parking, and the lot was poorly lit, making any restrictions difficult to see. When my son called the towing company, Tiffany was rude from the start, spoke over him, and hung up when he tried to interject. I later called to calmly discuss the situation and attempt to negotiate a reduced tow fee, acknowledging that a sign may have been missed, but also explaining the short parking duration and lack of visible signage. There was no willingness to discuss or resolve the issue. Payment was demanded via cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle only. The company is also not BBB accredited. I normally make a point to support women-owned businesses, but based on this experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. Edit to add, my location is wrong. I am in Laurel, DE
