First, the food-at-a-gas-station thing is not so crazy to us, after eating at Three Crazy Ladies, who run a lunch counter out of the Sunoco in Malvern. The article talked about this place that sells gas and fried chicken. Maybe not crazy, but still weird. We looked up more local news, and reviews said the chicken was actually pretty good. This is a MD-based chain. MD is below the Mason Dixon line, so they probably do a better fried chicken than we do, right? We tried them waaaaay late night over the weekend. 2:30am and they were hoppin'. Cars coming from all directions. The chicken was greasy, but tasted pretty good. There are no trans-fats in their chicken. We don't expect much with fried chicken, so this was a nice surprise. I can't compare to KFC because it has been at least 15 years since I had anything there, but it was definitely a nice crunchy coating on it, that tasted addictive. They offer 8 pieces of dark meat for $7, or 2-2-2 dark/white for $14. We took the cheaper deal. It was tender, fully cooked, surprisingly fresh (especially for 2:30am), and definitely a good value. We got gas too, to complete the experience. The facility is all new construction, which always makes it a nicer encounter, especially when it's a gas station. According to the articles we read, this is their first site in the area, but they plan to open other locations in Ridley Park, and Concord Twp, in the future. Watch out, Wawa! ...and KFC!

Their gas pumps are in the front of the building and gas today is $3.05 a gallon. Don't forget your diesel. The store is clean, prices are the same as any other convenience store. You can play lottery and there are 3 gambling machines in the back. We don't approve of the gambling machines, they are addictive and we don't believe they are not the kind of sign we want our children to see. There is a $4.00 dollar minimum if you pay with debit or credit. There is also an additional 50 cents charge when you use your debit or credit card. It was explained to us that the store is ultimately charged a .50 cents fee for on every transaction when you use the credit card machines from the company and therefore they are putting it back on us to pay for it! Overall, they were kind and friendly.

The issue is that on or about 4/1/26 Wawa started auto charging a 'bag fee' on all mobile orders that I've made. But I've yet to request OR receive a bag since that time. Months ago I ordered a sandwich with a number of sides, asked for a paper bag I could see behind the counter, but was told 'they are for Door Dash only'. Absurd? YES!! So since then I have taken my own bags, when needed. Four times I wrote to corporate 'customer service', using the 'case number' included from the prior/worthless contact, and got the same generic response. It is INCONCEIVABLE to me how a business can auto charge for a product/service, repeatedly, that IT DOES NOT SUPPLY.
