They broke my car seat, refused to take responsibility for it and then accused me of being a scammer. Like my big score in life was going to a car wash with a broken seat and blaming them. The owner seemed to be understanding and then his wife came out and starting yelling at me in Chinese. Unfortunately the owner then kowtowed to her crazy ass. I asked what the big deal was, that they had to have some form of business insurance for these exact situations and the guy said he didn't have any. I don't even know how that's possible. I wound up calling the police and having a report taken. I asked to review the cameras so we could see them move my seat and they said their cameras weren't working. The whole situation was suspect as hell. Avoid this uninsured, unprofessional business at all costs. Absolutely zero clue how to handle simple liability issues other than deny and call your repeat customer a scammer.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. However, I noticed that their vacuum bays were often occupied by non-paying customers when I drove to the Media/Aston location. This issue became more frequent over time. I addressed the problem with the employees on duty multiple times and they acknowledged it as a common issue. They confirmed that while the "free vacuums" were intended for paying customers, there was nothing they could do about it. I decided to cancel my membership because it was unfair for the car wash to aggressively promote a monthly subscription membership program and then allow non-paying people to block their paying customers. I also spoke to the car wash owner, but he was extremely dismissive and even somewhat defensive about the issue. I wouldn't recommend paying for their membership programs.

Honestly, I would say the pumps are working around 70% of the time which is baffling. I went today to an awesome "pump stopped" message on all the pumps, what a surprise! Of course I was on E. One of the employees enjoyed watching me pull up and try to figure out what was going on, didn't say a word. Secondly, you can't use your card on transactions under 10$? So if you try and pick up a pack of smokes you NEED cash. It pisses me off when business are this cheap and cut corners like this. To top it off, highest gas prices in Delaware County!
