My time using Park Cawash. The car wash was fine, but took 45 minutes to have my car washed. this is unacceptable. The exterior was traffic was placed in priority in line while if you had your car vacuumed you had to wait. I usually get my car hand washed however this is the only place I go to get a quick wash. My car is lowered and this is the only place I know that I can fit on their automatic rollers- and I JUST make it. FYI to all my stance enthusiasts. The quality of the wash is automated so you kind of know what you get. I haven't experienced paint chip or any damages and I've been coming here for years. My family and I have been coming here for years. I continued to go to Parks because my brother (who passed away) was the one who recommended me to go in the first place. Although, after my experience at Parks today I will never ever go back again. The employee who handles the outside payment area humiliated me in front of other employees and a plethora of customers all because I kindly asked if I could use a Yelp "check in offer" the overall experience started with them becoming hostile with me. I was flabbergasted at there tone and response so I stayed quiet. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to change the subject so I asked if they did wax touch ups I showed this same person a specific spot and they once again rudely shouted at me "I am not doing that for you" I didn't know what to do so I just continued to stand there uncomfortable. Also, to make matters worse when I was asked if I wanted my trunk vacuumed and I replied yes and mentioned how I am mainly there because I need the interior vacuumed his reply was once again rude as he yelled out loud "I asked if you wanted it cleaned" aggressively so... I continued to stand there embarrassed because people were staring at me and I just kept quiet. While I was standing there I watched this particular employee greet other customers kindly and I noticed my car trunk wasn't vacuumed. I mentioned something about it *nicely* and he rudely said because "you have clothes back there" but I didn't. I said it was a blanket and I walked over reluctantly and took it out while fumbling with all my stuff in my hands as everyone watched me. Overall, I couldn't wait to leave. I was in tears because I was all by-myself and felt uncomfortable. At the end I rushed up to the tip area and realized my interior was not cleaned properly. The outside of my car had some kind of green bristles stuck on some of the exterior parts but I just wanted to get away from there because of how uncomfortable I felt. My intention with this review is to let someone at the business know what happened to me because when I finally got the courage to speak with someone I could only leave a message on an answering machine which I didn't do because I was concerned someone other than the owners would hear my message. read more

Overall the full service detail is a good value for someone who likes a clean car. They do a very good job Vacuuming BUT my interior windows come out dirty because they use dirty, soapy rags. I have brought this issue to management many times and they insist they use a clean rag. Management runs out to tell them that day but the next week I have soapy smears all over my windshield again. Today, was my first time visiting this car wash. My daughter who is very picky about her car highly recommended it. I can honestly say that the service people were great and my car is squeaky clean both inside and out! It was a bit confusing as to how to find the entrance from West Chester Pike. However, you can see it from the highway on West Chester Pike. You'll need to drive pass it, but slowly, and make the first right hand turn. Continue down the road. Park car wash did a fantastic job on my car. I had the complete detailed car wash (interior and exterior). With 2 babies my mdx was a total wreck with crackers and baby food all over. I try to do a complete detail at least twice a year. This was my first time here. I drop it off at 9am and it was done by 3:30pm. They did an awesome job, interior was completely spotless, no dust, no fingerprints. All my mats were vacuumed and washed. Carpet shampoo and exterior was nicely waxed and buff with no was residue left (happened at another detail place). Will def come back and going to recommend my families and friends here. read more

Went there on Thursday 1/14/21. No dash wipe down. I asked if they could CLEAN the inside of the front window. They looked at me like I had 3 heads and said they couldn't. When I told someone else about it they said they would talk to the front staff. FRONT WINDOW HAS NOTHING BUT STREAKS!!!!!! Can't drive in the dark very well from the streaks. What is it. You ask for something that is supposed to be done and instead they spite you and do worse. Will be going back on Saturday 1/16/21 to get the DIRT THEY MISSED hopefully off my car. This has to be the worst car wash. If it isn't, I don't know what else to say. Been here countless times. It's only good for light dirt on your car. Anything else stays on after the wash. I just left and still have bird poop, bugs and dirt all over my car. The hand dry leaves streaks and dirt on the exterior and also streaks inside on the windshield that you have to wipe off yourself afterwards. I wouldn't say it's like throwing your money away, but it's the next closest thing. I just can't bring myself to go here anymore. My car is still dirty! read more

My wife swears by this place, and made me come here because my car was filthy inside. So I splurged. I went for the $55 express detail. The judgement will be whether or not my car remains filthy afterward. They say it is an hour long service on the sign. They quote that time because the guys doing the detailing have to hop back and forth between the other cars coming off the line to be dried. So it may take an hour, but they're not working on your car for the entire hour. My car sat in the detailing area unattended more than once while the guy doing most of the work on my car hopped back and forth. Can't blame the guys on the line. They're overworked. But when they were working on my car they appeared to work diligently. My receipt says they took my car in at 2:58 pm. I got it back at 3:54. Was it cleaned the way I wanted it for the money I paid? The outside, nice and spiffy. The inside, the crud that I wanted to be gone, was about 98% gone. The areas I caught that weren't were deep hidden crevices though. I was generally happy with the look of the interior. I am wondering if I could have gotten a decent enough cleaning at a lower price but it's hard to say. With the express detail I was buying assurance that it would happen to my liking. And it did. read more

$35 for a car wash is absurd to begin with. But, when they say they're going to do your tires and rims and they don't even wipe them down, that's ridiculous. They dip the brush into the tire shine one time so by the end of the fourth tire there's no tire shine left in the brush and your tires look like crap. Instead of drying your windshield they use your windshield wipers so you have the windshield wiper line on your car. They didn't even dry the back of my car, I had to do it myself and they all just laughed and walked away when I pointed it out. This place is horrible. Do not go there. Drive your car through dirty creek water to rinse it off before ever taking your car to the crap hole. Would give negative stars if I was allowed to. read more

I even gave books of washes out for Christmas gifts one year.. this Past visit was absolutely the worst. I got what they call Park's best. inside of the doors were wet . The cup holders had dirt as if they hadn't vacuumed at all. my windows were worse after I came than before.. Prices went up, quality came down. I wish I didn't have any washes left in my Advanced sale book. that truly was waste of money. This is the third time I've been here where it has been horrible. Visited: Thursday - November 13, 2014 - 11:30 AM I always cringe when I see my "baby" wind through the maze of water, soap, and cloth strips. I've had small and large vehicles treated with no damage. Once the car wash is done, an attendant drives the car to other attendants. The other attendants remove dust from the inside and remove excess water from the outside. Don't forget to place a few dollars into the till for their efforts. I buy a book of five coupons for $40.00. I believe It's $10.00 for the service I request without the coupon. Check my math but, I believe purchasing the booklet amounts to $8.00 a wash. There are several coupon and price options. I've patronized Park's, or whatever preceded Park's, for over 25 years. 99% of the time I am satisfied by the results. A walk adjacent to the car wash and at the end of the corridor is a man or woman seated at the register. I don't believe I've exchanged more than 100 words between them. Very pleased with the honorable effort of the owner on my latest car wash. I got the Interior Detail service. A week before I needed the wash to be done, I reserved an appointment using their online form for Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 8:00 AM. The detail specials are listed at www.parksbestcarwash.com/detailservice.html The page lists four detail services, Express for $55, Interior for $85, Exterior for $85 and Detail Special which is both Interior and Exterior for $130. The Special is $40 off the price of the combined Interior and Exterior Detail which would normally be $170. It states that you can call for an appointment or reserve an appointment online. You fill out the form and then there is a pulldown to select the type of detail service you want. At the bottom of the online form it states "SAVE $30 by reserving an appointment ONLINE." I made the appointment on line at 10:30 AM on a Monday. After you submit the form a pop-up comes up that says they will call you to confirm the reservation. I didn't hear from them by 3:00 PM that day, So I called them to confirm and spoke to a polite, young man who said he had seen the reservation but had not been able to call me to confirm because it had been busy that day. He confirmed my reservation and we hung up. I showed up for my appointment the following Sunday morning at 8:00 AM. When I pulled my car up to the entrance of the car wash, I told the attendant that I had an 8:00 AM appointment made online for an interior detail and that there was a $30 discount. The attendant told me that they handle the charges inside at the register. The young man I had spoken with earlier was not there. An older couple were running the cash register. When the older gentleman rang my bill up, he initially charged the full $85 plus tax. I mentioned to him that I was supposed to receive a $30 discount because I had made the online reservation. He told me that there was only a $10 discount with the coupon and he reduced the charge by $10. I thought perhaps I had remembered it wrong and went on with the wash. It took the full 2 hours to complete and the car was immaculate. I have had details done by them in the past and the service was exactly what I expected. Beautiful job! When they told me the car was done, I dropped a tip in the tip jar for the attendants and drove off. When I got home, I looked at the printout I had from when I made my appointment online and discovered that the discount was exactly as I had remembered it. It was $30 off as worded above for reserving online. There was no mention that it only applied to the combination Detail Special. The next morning, I went back to the car wash with the printout from their web site and my receipt. I found the young man who I had spoken to on the phone a week earlier running the cash register. It turns out that he is the owner of the car wash. His name is Sam. He told me he purchased the car wash about a year ago. I explained to him that I was unhappy because I had not received the discount as advertised and showed him all the documentation. He said to me that it was a mistake, that the wording on the web site isn't clear and that he hadn't had the opportunity to change it yet. He confirmed that the $30 discount only applies to the Detail Special. Sam offered to give me a ticket for a free car wash. But I told him that I thought he should honor the discount and refund my additional $20. After further consideration, Sam said he understood my viewpoint and that he was willing to honor the discount even though it was not as he had intended it. I really appreciated that he was willing to stand by the advertised offer and I said that since both of us had different expectations, I was willing to split the difference. Since they had already given a $10 discount, he refunded me an additional $5 and we called it even. As someone who also works hard for customer satisfaction in my own business, I think Sam is an honorable and honest man. In my opinion, that's a very valuable commodity and something the local community should actively support. I wish him success and that his business should always be profitable. They did an excellent job of cleaning my car, the staff was friendly, and there's a restaurant next door to grab a beer while you wait. The outside wash was fine and everyone was friendly. But when I got inside, I saw a large patch of dirt on the dash that Was still there. I asked someone for a rag to wipe it down, they did it happily for me, and I went on my way. Then I get home and realize nobody wiped ANYTHING down. My door jams and doors are still completely dirty and my seats were barely vacuumed. I will never go back here. read more
