So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Not only are the prices reasonable, the owner takes great pride in his business and did a phenomenal job on my car. It hasn't been so spotless since the day I purchased it! The person cleaning the interior was even wearing a sweater while working, which made it seem like there wasn't much effort being put into the job.
