Simply diabolical. I wanted a Wawa soft pretzel -- as a good red blooded American does -- but I…read moredidn't want to stop if they weren't gonna have pretzels. So I call. You know like a normal person. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Ring. Nobody picked up. I show up. And sure enough, no pretzels. What happened to this country? This used to be a place where customer service existed, and employees picked up the damn phone. Now it's like rolling the dice going to Wawa. Maybe they have pretzels, maybe they don't. But guess what don't try and call and find out. Because the employees don't wanna talk to you.

What is also interesting is that I had gone to that one thinking I could get gas, but was disappointed. I got gas elsewhere and when I did come upon this one I did stop in to get a refreshment. The lot is a tight squeeze when it is busy. I was able to find parking and make my way inside. I was really craving an iced tea and headed over to that counter to procure said iced tea. Why are things so difficult in the state of Delaware? Or is this a Wawa thing? Why am I forced to purchase my drink before having it in hand? What in the world happened for them to put this into place? Which one of y'all decided to run out of the store with a drink and not pay for it? I had to of looked like a tourist standing there with a puzzled look on my face. Not understanding why there were no cups anywhere in sight. Then to have to go to the counter to purchase this, I must of hit the lottery that day, because I had the most sullen looking woman wait on me. Gave me that tsk noise as if I asked for directions on how to make iced tea. Was I ever happy to leave once I got my iced tea. Swear I suffered from some type of drama from being in here.

Thanks for the great customer service, clean bathrooms and clean area around the fuel pumps. This Wawa has seating capacity for approximately 20 if you want to sit, but mostly We believe it is for the happy hour they have between 4-6. Now we don't drink but some people do and they sell 15 packs of Bush for $10.99, Budweiser for $12.99, or a 26 pack of Ultra for $13.99. This store always has a great team spirit with lots of smiles. The one thing we loved is that they donate to the food bank at 1010 sunset street in trainor The Church of the Overcomer, then they serve our community on Wednesdays from 10am-12pm. We believe all food service providers should be donating to the food banks! Lastly, they have gas pumps and their prices start at $3.25 with diesel for $3.99. Don't forget to call Wawa for your next catering event at wawacatering.com. Thanks Wawa for your service to our teams, you will always have our respect and support as we strive towards a better future for our community and for your support in helping us feed the poor.
