I ordered a club sandwich and paid extra for bacon and a mix of peppers and onions. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what I expected--especially for the price. First off, the bacon was a letdown. I didn't even get four slices--at best, it looked like two slices broken in half. The vegetable mix I paid extra for was barely there--just a speck. On top of that, the sandwich was made with an end piece of bread that didn't even match the other slices, making it awkward and uneven. To add to the frustration, the sandwich was only half-cut. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. She apologized but told me to write a review, so here I am. For over $9, I expected something much better. Gas is at least 15 cents cheaper in Delaware so this border resider loves this Wawa. It's on the newer side so it's really nice. It's on a smaller footprint so the in and out is harder than other super wawa's but it's worth a visit to save some gas cash if you are nearby. read more

Always horrible!!! Food quality is simple disappointing and you can forget about them getting your handcrafted drink order correct. This place continues to get service based solely on its convenient location. The staff are always very nice but someone obviously needs to retrain them on food preparation. For example, I just ordered a Pineapple Passion Refresher (Look it up to see what it's supposed to look like) but instead I received a brown liquid that taste like sour apple cider... yuck! The best gas and cigarette prices hands down are at Wawa so I filled up and stocked up here before heading back to Philadelphia. They were doing a great job cleaning which is saying alot because it was packed. Like pre-corona virus packed. Everyone had their masks on though and stood where they were supposed to in the check out lines. I do wish there were wipes at the pumps but I feel like that's asking too much. read more

Brand new. Well, only a few months old. Service is always friendly, fast and efficient. There are always breakfast sandwiches ready in the morning. Gas is almost always $0.05/g cheaper at the Gulf across the street, but it has very limited food/services. Can be a pain to get out of. read more

WaWa Gas Stations truly are the best gas stations to go too. The facility was exceptionally clean and the outdoor pumps were taken care of. The inside has a wide variety of snacks, food and drinks. The staff was cheerful and helpful with all of our requests. I definitely would come back to this WaWa to get gas and snacks/food. read more

Drinks are never stocked. Orders are never made correctly. Last time I ordered an Italian hoagie with mayo and they put buffalo sauce on it instead. Today I ordered a BLT with pickles, no pickles were out on my sandwich but they put them on my husbands who didn't order them. I have plenty more examples I could give, these are just two experiences as of recently. The lines are always so long for check out. This is the only Wawa where I've had continuous problems. They had no cups for a soda. I had to stand in line and pay for the cup, and the cup turned out to have a crack. I had to stand in line to get another cup. Then I decided to order a sandwich and got a few soft pretzels. I had to stand in line to pay for the pretzel and the sandwich. The sandwich I ordered was completed and the two sides of pickles and peppers were there as requested, but Wawa no longer offers any bags. And they also do not include napkins. So I went to the car while balancing a wet fountain soda, sandwich, two pretzels, and two side orders, and dropping stuff along the way. Then I had to go back in to get napkins. In what world is that at all convenient. I was a crew member for a Wawa meeting way back when Dick Wood was CEO. He bragged then that if Wawa was to charge one penny more for cigarettes a year, they would make 1 million dollars more a year. That being said, how difficult would it be for Wawa to charge one penny more a year for cigarettes and put that money towards some paper bags and include a napkin with a sandwich? I'm not inclined to head to a Wawa anywhere unless there's no choice. I'll head for a deli for a sandwich and anywhere else for the soda and snacks. I've always loved WAWA, but it seems to me that they're more worried about themselves than their customers regardless of the bullshit they say. read more

Ridiculous set up of this business. You can only access from the interior of the larger parking lot that houses Total Wine. People here think it's ok to leave your car at the pump to go in the Wawa even as many are waiting to fill up. Left without getting any gas. read more

Really great Wawa. Can be very busy because it is right off of 95 and 495. Employees are awesome. Food that I have gotten from here is awesome. The only issue is that they are so busy. Sometimes the store can be a little dirty or hard to get in and out of because of it. If it is rush hour or a busy travel day, go to another Wawa. read more

The second time I've had an issue with customer service there. Just now I was bleeding to flat-out lied to my face from the employee. I went to go get a cup of coffee after driving 320 miles and to my surprise there was none in the area that there normally is. So I went over to the coffee area and politely asked the woman for the almond milk I have a dairy allergy. She started talking to another girl and they both were whispering. Girl walked over to me and said oh we're out I'm so will you mean you're out you have 90 flavors of regular dairy milk sitting right over there. She said yeah there's a shortage. There's a shortage of almonds? Now I know that's a f****** lie but instead of arguing with her I just walked away. That is the second time I've gone there that I've had an issue with the store just this one no other location has acted the way that they do here rude they don't order things right they don't get your order right. I have never ever had a bad cup of coffee at a Wawa ever...until now. We stopped in here at around 1:30 am on a Friday night, after flying home to Philly, when heading to Delaware. Having been away for a while in a Wawa-less land, we were pumped for our coffee and hoagie. The coffee was cold. Yes, cold, right of the carafe. I can't imagine how long it had to be sitting in there to actually get cold. There were 4 or 5 carafes behind the counter that looked as though they had been brewed, but never put out for customers. I dumped out the first cold cup and made another cup out of the other "Regular" carafe that was there. (There was a third but it had a sign around it that said "closed"). The second cup? Also cold. There was no one behind the coffee counter so I asked the lady making sandwiches if there was any hot coffee. She shrugged her shoulders. Then she said, "tell the girl at the register". Before I could do that, though, she decided to call to the back for who turned out to be the night supervisor. This lady grunted, "what kind do you want?" and in response to my answer picked up one of the previously brewed carafes from the back, snapped it into the dispenser on the counter, LOUDLY, and walked away. I earned another grunt when I said, "Thanks very much. I appreciate it." The worst part is - the cup of coffee from the new carafe was STiLL not hot! Not cold, but not hot. This whole event was a completely foreign experience to me after going to Wawa at least once a day for 20 years. I hope the company reads this and starts some quality control on the overnight shift. The good news is my hoagie was amazing and the cashier was very pleasant and sweet. Without those two things, this would be an experience to forget. read more
