Purchased a cheesesteak here, got home and my second bite I bit into something hard as a rock. Pictured below is what I bit into and what was found in my sandwich. Potentially cracked my tooth biting into this. After spitting it out I couldn't believe what I was seeing. This hard item looks like a piece of bone or even some kind of tooth. It was hard as a rock and stuck to the meat from the cheesesteak. I immediately called the store to ask for corporates number and filed a complaint/claim immediately. Nothing like this should ever be in food. It is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. Everyone needs to be aware and avoid this Wawa at all costs. I'll never eat this sandwich again and may never eat Wawa food again after this experience. Nice convenience store!! 7-Eleven stores can learn a lot from Wawa stores like this one. During our 3 night stay in the area, we always passed by this Wawa. Each time they were always busy. They staff the store very well unlike many other convenience stores which only have one person on duty. Everyone from the employee who pumped our gasoline to the staff who helped us inside the store were very good. The store was well stocked and organized. No clutter or overstocking here. Everything here is simple, it's a minimart, it's a coffee stop and an excellent place to order a sandwich that's made from fresh lunch meat's. Breakfast sandwiches that usually sit around at other Wawa's and taste stale here it is exactly the way you would expect it to be perfectly fresh and freshly made. Best local option! I work around the corner, and hit up Wawa more often than I care to admit. This location is usually really busy and parking can be difficult during the lunch rush. However, they usually have it staffed well so even when busy (at the pumps, deli, or checkout) there's a minimal wait. I've seen them in total chaos mode every now and then, but typically they've got it under control. I'm usually getting a grab-n-go lunch, and love the mobile ordering option. The prepared food can get a little sketchy so I always prefer to order fresh. Coffee is the best here: fresh, flavorful, and every so often also free. I like this store because the overnight ladies are very kind! I am on the road a lot and always stop in for a sandwich and coffee. The only thing I question is the signs that state mask are required and I have to ask the employee making my sandwich to pull their mask from their chin to their mouth. I start to only get sandwiches when the employee has the mask on already because every time I ask I sense I am being an annoyance and I'd rather not when it comes to making my food. Well stocked and pretty clean. The deli area can be rather slow when there is a rush, but there is a rush, so a wait is to be expected. I grab food there often because their deli is reliably good. I am very disappointed in this place for two major reasons: 1. They allow their checkout lines to get far too long. Their cashiers are very friendly, but they shouldn't have conversations at the expense of everyone waiting in line. They hardly ever open new registers to meet a rush. I've waited as long as 10 minutes to buy a flipping sandwich and drink. Most people don't go to a Wawa because they have time on their hands - they go to Wawa in hopes of getting in and out quickly. I'm a frequent customer (a few times per week), and I've really had it with the line situation. I won't be back. 2. Their staff people don't regulate who comes in the store. Shoeless folks, shirtless folks, whatever. My last trip involved a shoeless man and his friends. I'm certain that the law says that customers in businesses that serve food must be wearing shoes and a shirt. I'm grossed out by that kind of thing, and therefore deterred from buying food at that location. Shout out to the great folks who man the gas pumps. No issues there. read more

Between the Boxtrucks the hog the gas pumps daily, and block the lot, to the horrible drivers that fly through and don't pay attention. I don't come into this Wawa that much anymore, not a fan of their night staff.Their normal day shift staff is good,no problems with them they do a good job. The place does get busy,and it is very conveiniet. Its clean, ample parking, and has gas pumps, diesel aswell. There is 2 hotels that share the same driveway that leads to this wawa, so they do get alot of visitors. Busy industrial area and there are companys that run 24/7 and they do benifit from this location. I work a night shift as a maintenance mechanic about a mile from this location,(we make their donuts/pretzels/bagels/crossaints/cookies/etc...) and this is the only place that is open 24/7/365. We have other selections around us but they have normal business hrs. and at 1 am or later when we get hungry. You take a chance when you ask them to toast the sandwich, pending on what crew they got they will keep it in that toaster a little too long. Then it turns into one meat filled brick that can break a window or if you lucky a tooth. The plus about it is you tell the manager and he/she will accomidate, with a refund or a free sandwich. I am not trying to bash this wawa but they serve a purpose. Their coffee is always fresh and well as you can see i do like coffee with the other reviews i've done i really give them 3.5 stars just beacause of their night crew being inept to get an order right, even when its on the monitor how you ask for it. These days Wawa's are pretty standard. I like the fact that consistency in product is something I can count on, and what really differentiates one place form another is the staff. This place is one that truly represents the 5-Star aspect of Wawa with Will. Will can whip out sandwiches in seeming seconds. He seems to know every regular, greeting them cheerily and chatting as he goes about his work. In one visit there I saw him make a sandwich, ring that customer up, and start restocking cold cases. And folks I wasn't there more than 15 minutes. Most wawa's you get someone hating life who takes ten minutes to assemble an Italian hoagie and then forgets some item and doesn't even bother to cut the thing in half. Not here. Associate at this Wawa poured gasoline all over the wing of my car. It didn't look like an accidental spill, and I noticed it only next day, after driving around with a toddler. Wawa is not required to show their video from surveillance cameras if they don't want to. They firmly refuse to do so (even just to prove that I am wrong).
