I scheduled some work to be done on the front end suspension of my car. Scheduled a time, and was told that they would be there at 1:00pm, so I took time off of work to make sure I was there. They didn't show up, and I contacted the Tyrone at the company, and was told he was in a car accident. The truck was OK, but he was getting another truck to come out to do the work. Scheduled a time a couple of hours later for them to come and do the work, was getting close to darkness, but was told that they had heavy duty lights and would do the work. The time came and went, and no show, and no communication from Tyrone. Up until the first no-show "accident", communication was very responsive and cordial. As we got closer to the scheduled appointment, the communication disappeared. From reading all of the other reviews, and my experience, do not be enticed by cheap pricing, because the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for!" I would stay far away from them. I was very fortunate that they actually did not come out and do any work on my vehicle.
