Potentially cracked my tooth biting into this. After spitting it out I couldn't believe what I was seeing. This hard item looks like a piece of bone or even some kind of tooth. It was hard as a rock and stuck to the meat from the cheesesteak. I immediately called the store to ask for corporates number and filed a complaint/claim immediately. Nothing like this should ever be in food. It is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. Everyone needs to be aware and avoid this Wawa at all costs. I'll never eat this sandwich again and may never eat Wawa food again after this experience. My jaw is still throbbing from biting down in this and I'm still sick to my stomach wondering what it is.

I was even greeted upon ENTERING the store the other day, which is rare to say the least. This is one of their newer locations with a spacious and well-planned interior. I recently stopped in on a chocolate hunt, but the specific chocolate bunny I wanted was not in stock. They were surprisingly nice in letting me down. I ended up choosing a different chocolate bunny and survived the situation. I also picked up some travel-sized items while here so I didn't look nutty for only buying a full basket of chocolate. The clerk asked where I was headed and then we had a long discussion about Italy as he rang me up. All in all -- a nice experience, and a break from the mundane, inferior service I usually experience at CVS locations. This store repairs my faith in the brand! No text alert, no warning. We are in our 70's and don't appreciate the run around. So she sends us to another CVS that has the vaccine . We had to check in again and then they couldn't get our insurance to come up on computer. At my age I can't afford to waste time like this. Vaccines are a money maker for CVS- that's what they care about-GETTING PAID. You think they would do a better job of coordinating their supplies with their patients appts. Or at least warn us before we drive over there. So for today, thanks for nothing CVS.
