I love every sandwich I have from Bagel House! Bagel House never disappoints. My go-to order is the bacon , egg, and cheese on a French toast bagel, topped with a little razzle dazzle of avocado and a hash brown. The sweet French toast bagel mixed with the savory bacon, egg, and cheese is the perfect combo, and the avocado just takes it to another level. It's one of those breakfast sandwiches you keep coming back for. Definitely one of my favorite spots when I want something that amazing every time. read more

Bagel House is a convenient store located in West Deptford NJ. We found this place and it had great reviews on their bagels so we decided to try it out when we were visiting in the area! The vibe is just your normal convenient store in south Jersey. They sell chips, candies, some household essentials, and they have a good selection of bagels to choose from! We were helped immediately! While we were there, many people stopped in to grab some bagels, so you know that they are good! We tried the rainbow bagel, the fruity pebbles, the jalapeño, the plain, the everything, and the sesame. The bagels were vey fresh! You already know being on the east coast there is a specific standard that we hold our bagels to and this was met! All of the bagels tasted so delicious. The only ones I would probably skip out on and try something else out would be the rainbow and the fruity pebbles. They lacked flavor but they still were good. If you're ever in need of a bagel fix, stop by so you can grab some bagels to take home and share! They lasted overnight very well so you could easily grab some for the next few days! read more

I just wanted to give an update on this really special bagel shop! we went there yesterday and of course there was a line because they're so awesome! We watched the patience of the guys behind the counter when an angry man whose face just showed that he was not understanding that a busy store means you have to wait for your turn. Their smiles are infectious! The bagels as I noted in my earlier review are nearly perfect! The sandwiches come out. so delicious! that people wait in line to enjoy them. To top it all off. they gave all the moms who came in yesterday an extra bonus gift of bagels. The only thing I wish is that they hadn't eat in space, but they don't need it. they're busy and we all take it out to enjoy the delicious bagels. definitely five stars read more

I've never gone in for the hosannas and histrionics required to call something "the best ever" since I haven't tasted every bagel or deli sandwich ever made. But what I can say is that as an amateur connoisseur of chicken salad, the version being concocted at the Bagel House in West Deptford is mighty fine. Considering the chicken is already dead there's still a tendency in the retail food trade to render it into sawdust through restraint or to drown it in a quicksand of mayonnaise and other kitchen solubles that renders the role of the meat most fowl. Not so here, the chicken is recognizable with a mouth feel that has structure without reminding you of a hale and hearty soup. Nice job guys. Five easy stars. read more

Ask for the Vedder special! I'm glad that this business is thriving. While Heritage was convenient, this bagel shop was a much needed change in town. Their sandwich menu is pretty large, and I can't say that I've had any that I wasn't satisfied with. Coffee, cold drinks, plenty of usual convenience store items, and a full lottery service rounds out everything under one roof... Their parking lot is really busy in the morning. But the service is pretty fast. read more

We actually think the food here is generally good. BUT folks should be aware that they often CLOSE THE KITCHEN for dinner with no notice. You can place an order on the app and have no clue your food won't be prepared until you show up and leave empty handed. Bagel House is a hidden gem dropped smack dab in the middle of a residential area. It's not quite fully a bagel store, but it's also not quite fully a convenience store. It's also not quite even a quick-service restaurant. A good way to view Bagel House is as if Wawa went full-in on a diner menu, then shrunk their store size down by a lot. That all being said, this place is an absolutely amazing find. There is something about having all the convenience store offerings combined with a basic diner menu of food choices that really fulfills an indescribable need. It's such a unique concept that trying to pin down why this business model is so satisfying is very difficult. Nevertheless, this place is worth a visit if you need to pick up some corner store items, or want a full meal, at an affordable price. For food ordering, orders are placed through a touch-screen station. It is very easy to use, and allows for a ton of customizability with your order. I just wanted to give these guys a shout out. Been here twice. Got bagels the first time and was pleased. Stopped there this morning and tried a breakfast sandwich. I got the scrapple, egg, and cheese on a toasted onion bagel. It was superb. First of all, it was good scrapple. It was cooked perfectly- nice and crisp on the outside. It was an excellent breakfast sandwich. A friend who is a gyro connoisseur tells me they also make excellent gyros, so I'll have to try one sometime. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. read more

My fiancé and I thought we should try something different for a change, guess we thought wrong. I asked for a blueberry bagel and they gave me a plain one instead, we both also ordered hash browns to go with our meals and didn't receive those either. I could understand if you ran out of blueberry bagels, but when we realized we missed a call from their number, my fiancé called back twice and then I tried to call, but I guess ignoring the phone is easier than picking it up. And as for the hash browns, why should I have to pay for something I didn't even get??? This place is a joke. If you want amazing food and service with staff that actually cares about their customers I highly recommend Club Diner. It's only 9 minutes more down the road and I'd rate them 1000/10 stars. read more

I bought lunch here with my friend last week for the first time. While the wait was a bit long, it was ENTIRELY worth it! The bagels were fresh and the wraps were made with pure love! I say made with pure love because they tasted heavenly!!! I will drive all the way from Moorestown just to get my hands on this amazing food! Food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Breakfast sandwiches were awful burnt and tasted like cardboard! Pancakes were slightly raw dense and dry! The "home fries" were repulsive! They were gross and tasted like they had been soaked in sauerkraut! I've never had potatoes taste so horrible in my life! They are wayyyyy over priced for garbage food! How disappointing their other ratings must be from people with COVID and have no taste. If I could give them a zero star I would! read more

Not completely what I'm used to seeing when it comes to a ShopRite but not bad. It was clean and…read morereasonably organized. They had displays or as I like to say stuff. I was able to find most of what I was looking for but the place where there should have been a basket tray full of ginger was very bare and what was left looked pretty old and worn. I know you don't wear food but these remnants of ginger looked like that had to have been worn because the wear and tear on them. They could have had few more cashiers but that has been my experience with ShopRite lately. It's a decent supermarket with a variety of foods and more that cover a number of ethnic foods and such. I like them. As for customer service, I didn't encounter anyone so I can't share that experience. They were out of ad with coupons and it is only Monday. I wonder if the store gets a bonus for all the savings that their customers could have received. I don't know just thinking out loud. Anyway! Happy I decided to stop in and give Shoprite another whirl. They had circulars and the ginger was a little better.
