Now, you need to go in the store and wait in line with a bunch of other sick people to wait for your prescription, not knowing what anyone else has...I asked the representative what happened with the drive thru, and was told they can't get anyone to work it so until they can, it will remain closed. I honestly don't think this is correct and I really think this is a safety hazard and it is causing people that are very sick to stand in line for their prescriptions instead of staying in their cars so that they don't infect other people.

Often they short my dosages or they don't have something in stock but don't bother to tell me when I drop my script off. Then I show up to get it, they make me wait 10-15 minutes which is always 20 minutes and then say it is out of stock. Why ask for a contact number of you don't call to say it is out of stock. I don't mind going elsewhere if the staff was mature enough to deliver on some decent customer service. I will be switching pharmacies asap. But hey keep advertising that the pharmacist Shola is ready to administer flu shots to customers. Let's not focus on the dispensing of medicine.

Customer service for seniors citizens…read more I get my prescriptions from CVS in Glassboro on Buck road. They of course sell other items. I buy my water from them. It is in a 24 bottle pkg. I am an older woman. I find it difficult to lift these. Most of the time an employee will load it into my cart and then put it in my car for me. They have complained about it. I was told that they weren't "that" kind of store. No carry out services. I continued to get my water there and sometimes it was pleasant other times not so much. On a recent trip there I asked about the water and was immediately told that they don't carry it out any longer. I then asked if it was corporate or store policy. It's my managers policy. I said hmmm. I hadn't bought any today. This doesn't seem like a way to run a business that deals with seniors. I plan to notify corporate myself as I have had no problems at other CVS stores. Just wondering if it's just me or are they doing this to everyone? Thanks

CVS pharmacy will not answer phone calls, so you can't stop in to pick up a prescription without…read morewaiting around for a return call. When you get there, you have to enter your name and information on a touchscreen keyboard, because they will not speak to you in the pharmacy until you have done so. The customer experience gets more and more tedious, the employees are annoyed that you don't want to do all the logging in, and the prices are higher almost every week. From a fun experience, CVS has become more and more of a drag.

Came here with the hubby for some lunch on our way towards the shore. We sat for a bit when someone…read morefinally brought us menus. The server was friendly, although overwhelmed. There was no direction of whether to order at the counter or be seated. Hubby ordered a salad that he asked for with chicken but when it came out about 45 minutes later, there was no chicken. I ordered a salad and a mini hamburger- it was advertised on a Kaiser roll, but came out on two slices of bread. When I ordered it, I asked for it medium rare, but it was well done when it finally appeared. Disappointing. The food tasted fine although my hubby's chicken tasted like charcoal. About a half hour after waiting, the people next to us were told there was no roast beef. They adjusted their order and got their food before us, although we ordered before them. A bit strange. While I was waiting for our food, I walked inside to see what kind of things were for sale. They had balsamic vinegar and olive oil which were nice. The vinaigrette was really good and we were told they used the balsamic from it. However, on the shelves in the back, there was a cruddy jar of something that no one would buy. I picked it up not realizing it but put it back. I am adding a picture of the flowers. They were very nice. They should put some work into fixing the signs around that were peeling.
