Well my order was a double quarter pounder with fries and a drink. The fries were grease logged and old. The burger had a nicely cooked top and the bottom was raw. How this happens with the timer cookers is beyond me. My wife's fish fillet was soggy and greasy same with fries. My older son had a Big Mac which looked like a big tornado with raw meat at least his nuggets were half decent. My younger son ordered a double bacon cheese burger which looked like a steam roller finished cooking it again fries awful. The only 3 things that turned out right were to apple pies and an ice cream. Guess I was lucky the machine worked. Over all the Management looked like they were trying to keep control of the business but there was just way to much fooling around to give a good customer experience. Like I said earlier it's fast food so we went about our way snacked on some food when we got home and most likely will not go there again. I wrote this aware of food safety and just want people to know be careful check your food. Food poisoning can be deadly to children the elderly and people with unknown illness. It reminds me of a burger I would make for myself at home. I am content with Burger King's food; it is fast-food and a nice treat once in a while. As far as this location is concerned: I don't have any complaints. The majority of my visits are drive-thru and generally speaking, the service is fast and the employees are pleasant. I ordered 2 hoagies, one special order. Clerk making sandwiches fied an order so I asked if my number was next and it wasn't. So while I waited, I just so happen to see another worker come out ladies room, and come behind counter to begin working, DID NOT WASH HANDS!!! She immediately put on new gloves and started touching sandwiches I saw that were already made. They looked like what I ordered. I refuse to eat the sandwiches she touched. Very unsanitary. And I hate when fast food workers don't understand the importance of or are just completely lazy to wash hands before returning to work stations. The pizza was good, the service was excellent as it usually is at this store. The price, which I assume is set by corporate, is a ripoff. Lower the price or make the personal Pizzas bigger. I'll still give a good score because it's not the stores fault and they always do a great job but I hope whoever decides the pricing reads this.
