Their inventory is "on point" but someone from that pharmacy has stolen my medication or made a huge mistake. I don't believe this is the first time they've done it to me. I just think it's the first time I caught on. The owner mark, was respectful I guess but also just sadly inconsiderate & refuses to take accountability. I'm missing 30 pills from my script. It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. If you use this pharmacy i suggest you find a new one before this one gets shut down. It's upsetting because I loved the little family owned business & small pharmacies. It's a shame I've been using this pharmacy for years and the quality and personable ability is just completely gone. Straight downhill past few months. It really is a shame. I enjoyed my interaction with the staff members, but after I got home I discovered the length of my face was 1.625 inches. That wasn't going to work. I went back there. They took my photo again. The new photo has some slight shadowing, which is not allowed. The images were also not quite centered, which is another requirement. Hopefully the passport processor who handles my renewal will be in a good mood. Fingers crossed. In conclusion: the bottom line is you cannot trust them to produce a photo that meets the exact U.S. passport photo requirements. You have to verify they are doing the job the right way.
