    Absolutely no shopping carts in sight!

    This Target has been on the decline for years now and it's just hit rock bottom. Empty shelves, no shopping carts, and sassy rude staff delivering poor customer service. It's quit disappointing because this one used to be the best! Many people come over from PA for tax free shopping but with no shopping carts how are you supposed to shop?

    This is the same Target I've visited in a few dozen other cities around. Clean, bright, well stocked, working shopping cart, short checkout lines, and well priced. I needed two quick things - one in the personal care area and one in men's wear. I was able to find both quickly and easily. No problem at all. Good Target.

    Stopped in to get some household goods and realized I should finally check in and review. This is my local Target although I sometimes go to the one at Christiana Mall. Here are my fav things about Club Tar-Jay. One stop shopping obviously. Just plain good stuff. I am an interior designer and I shop around everywhere. Target always has good stuff to fill the nooks and crannies of your home. Last, stackable savings! If you are a Target shopper and you are not using the Cartwheel app, you are missing out. Go through the categories and add to your list. A barcode will automatically be generated for you to use at check out. You can earn badges the more you use the app just like here on Yelp! The more badges you earn the more offer spots you can add to your list. Combine Cartwheel with manufacturers coupons and a Target debit or credit card and you've got savings.

We were scheduled for a delivery and received multiple SMS updates showing the drivers' distance and expected arrival time. Despite this, our Ring camera never activated, and neither my husband nor I received a phone call indicating that the delivery team had arrived. When my husband attempted to call the number provided for "Jose," who had been texting delivery updates, there was no answer. Shortly afterward, we were informed that our delivery would need to be rescheduled--seven days out--with no refund for the delivery fee, despite the failed attempt being no fault of ours. After speaking with three different managers, the customer service we received was consistently poor. We were offered only a $100 credit instead of the full refund we requested for the delivery charge. In researching further, I've now learned that this type of unprofessional behavior is unfortunately common for Bob's Discount Furniture. Needless to say, we will not be returning as customers. We can only hope the furniture quality is better than the service we have received so far. If you value reliability and professionalism, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere--Raymour & Flanigan or Ashley would have been the better choice in hindsight. Stay away from this business! Update: No delivery attempt based upon review of the home security system camera!

    Do not use these folks if you are thinking about custom curtains or upholstery. Their customer…read moreservice is abysmal and the attention to detail lacking. I ordered new cushions on 9-26. Never received any call about delivery dates. I had to call them repeatedly. Then they charged my charge card in November for items not delivered. Oh, but that's not the worst of it. When I picked up the cushions on 1-7 (3 1/2 months later!) they were wrapped in plastic. While taking them out, I noticed hair on the cushions. Using a lint roller I found what appeared to be human hair. And lots of cat hair. I don't have a cat or a dog, so it didn't come from me. I took the sheets from the lint roller back to the store. Was informed he " was one of their best upholsters". So?!? Never got a call from the store manager and never offered compensation for spending 45 minutes cleaning up these cushions. Over $5000 for 9 cushions and 2 side pillows. I way overpaid for them. Do not make my mistake and use these crooks who only care about getting paid and not about customer service.

One salesperson said they are not expected to remember everyone's fabric as an excuse for not checking the order. Yikes. Whose job is it? Take some responsibility.
