I remember getting off work late and I was getting some gas. So when it was my turn I paid for my things and left. I walked outside and saw the group talking and two of the girls looked at me then talked among themselves and one of the girls said "Does this look like a black girl's comb?" then turned to each other and laugh. The girl was obviously white and I am black with dreadlocks like I need a comb. I could have reacted in a way that wouldn't have had a good turn out but after a 16-hour shift I wanted to go home quick.
