I ordered a veggie sub that included cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, Chesapeake seasoning and sauce, mayo, and garlic aioli. I ordered extra sides of garlic aioli and Chesapeake sauce. The fries looked good so I ordered those as well because they were wedges. It has been a while since I had that style. The food was ready by the time I left the bathroom. I grabbed the food, paid for it on a kiosk, and went back to the car to eat. Hubs went to use the restroom and grab a coffee. When I started to go through the bag, I realized no sauces were in the bag and sandwich looked less appealing than a prison sandwich. Hubs went back in for me to get the sauces and I was given ranch instead of garlic aioli but the Chesapeake sauce was correct. The food was just not worth the price or the carbs. I was no longer hungry but also still craving an empty satisfaction. This was the first place we came across after driving for a while with no civilization in sight. Next time, I will be searching for other options if I am in the same predicament. Maybe I went on an off day or maybe they are known for other foods. They are similar to the concept of Wawa but nowhere near the quality.

Hers was loaded with steak, caramelized onions, fresh bell peppers, and a blend of cheeses. Mine was crammed with eggs, sausage, cheese and tots, and was so good that we both seriously thought about buying more. We'd made them combos ($3.50 upcharge) so we had sides of sweet potato waffle fries (excellent). She had a 16 ounce fountain drink and I had a 24 ounce house blend coffee from a machine that literally ground the beans and brewed the coffee right then and there. And it was really good. This cost us about 20 bucks for the gas and $20.80 for lunch. By the time we finished, I had already looked up all of their locations, and I am pleased to report that they have one just outside of Richmond! TL;DR- delicious, inexpensive food, cheap gas, and excellent service. And a car wash if you have time. Highly recommended.

So we got off the highway and headed over to fill up...it's about 3 miles off the highway, but there are a lot of businesses and things to do nearby. This gas station is across from the Wilmington airport (ILG) in New Castle Delaware. We pulled in, got some gas and off we went. They had a weird set of cones to direct traffic, so there was only one way to get into the pumps, but nevertheless, it was an easy way to get cheap gas.
