Hers was loaded with steak, caramelized onions, fresh bell peppers, and a blend of cheeses. Mine was crammed with eggs, sausage, cheese and tots, and was so good that we both seriously thought about buying more. We'd made them combos ($3.50 upcharge) so we had sides of sweet potato waffle fries (excellent). She had a 16 ounce fountain drink and I had a 24 ounce house blend coffee from a machine that literally ground the beans and brewed the coffee right then and there. And it was really good. This cost us about 20 bucks for the gas and $20.80 for lunch. By the time we finished, I had already looked up all of their locations, and I am pleased to report that they have one just outside of Richmond! I was starving when we stopped here for a bathroom break. The fries looked good so I ordered those as well because they were wedges. It has been a while since I had that style. The food was ready by the time I left the bathroom. I grabbed the food, paid for it on a kiosk, and went back to the car to eat. Hubs went to use the restroom and grab a coffee. When I started to go through the bag, I realized no sauces were in the bag and sandwich looked less appealing than a prison sandwich. Hubs went back in for me to get the sauces and I was given ranch instead of garlic aioli but the Chesapeake sauce was correct. The food was just not worth the price or the carbs. I was no longer hungry but also still craving an empty satisfaction. This was the first place we came across after driving for a while with no civilization in sight. Next time, I will be searching for other options if I am in the same predicament. Maybe I went on an off day or maybe they are known for other foods. They are similar to the concept of Wawa but nowhere near the quality.

So when it was my turn I paid for my things and left. I walked outside and saw the group talking and two of the girls looked at me then talked among themselves and one of the girls said "Does this look like a black girl's comb?" then turned to each other and laugh. The girl was obviously white and I am black with dreadlocks like I need a comb. I could have reacted in a way that wouldn't have had a good turn out but after a 16-hour shift I wanted to go home quick. So knowing that this store has racist employees that has their racist family come by and harass the customers. On 1/9/2025, they replaced the catalytic converter with a allege new one the cost $1990.52. I went back to them a few weeks later told them something was still wrong with the vehicle they said they did not find anything. On 7/16/2026, something was wrong with my vehicle. Parked it until I could get it checked out. On 8/3/2026, a diagnostic testing at auto zone confirmed I need a new catalytic converter. On 8/4/2026, Patriot Auto confirmed it was the catalytic converter. However, they said it was my fault it needed repair again. They claimed I have not taken care of my vehicle, said I did not get my oil changed in a timely manner and a whole bunch of other nonsense that had nothing to do with fixing my vehicle. They (Brian) offered to fix the same thing again for 3,400-3,500. They said I was outside my warranty and it was nothing they could do. The owner female was very irate and accusatory towards me and upset that I called my credit card company to dispute a bill that I paid in full already. I would not recommend them because I don't believe that they put a new catalytic converter on my vehicle. A catalytic converter should get between 70,000-100,000 miles. And my vehicle is at 99,890 miles. They didn't even try to work with me to help with this situation. Another female who said her name was Maria said she did not know if they put a new one on my vehicle. The owner said you can't put used catalytic converters on vehicle. I asked her then why are people stealing catalytic converters? This whole situation is very upsetting. Use them with caution. The resolution was: I was told not to call there again and that they reserve the right to refuse service to me. I was not rude or disrespectful to anyone. I just wanted to get my vehicle fix since you claimed you fixed it the first time.
