Welp, I had to be on a fishing boat drinking a cold one at 12 so this wouldn't work. I called Harper's and they said to call back in the morning and place the order - no problem - and pick up when ready. Needless to say, I placed my order, picked up a variety of subs, got to the boat, cracked a cold one, and had a pretty damn good sub. I ordered 5 for the others on the boat and because they were so packed, we couldn't eat them all so bonus, I brought one home. Everyone loved the turkey and Italian subs, packed dry, with a bunch of stuff on the side. Don't overlook this place. They also make breakfast so that will be my next visit. Fishing was good as well!

The locations are dirty, the sandwiches have hardly any product, but the people are always very nice. Not sure what has happened to this company in these last years, but they definitely need to clean up the locations. The last two we visited were Smyrna and Middletown. The Middletown location associates seem to be in their own world. We waited almost 40 minutes for two subs and a grilled cheese sandwich. They actually forgot the grilled cheese sandwich and made it after we got our subs. There were two customers ahead of us, and they probably had some: orders, but that was ridiculous. They seem to be walking around in slow motion and no one seemed to care how long it was taking. There was no apology for the delay. The Smyrna location looked worse than the Middletown location but both need help.

My suggestion is to have a section for each sandwich to add extras like: Additional Mayo, Additional Turkey and Additional Stuffing, and charge a little more! The cost is already high, but I'd pay if I could get my money's worth! And get Fresh Amoroso Rolls as you served many years ago, that were delicious and easy to chew!!!
