Small sub with very little meat. #imstillhungry
Ashley E.

I thought I order a pastrami sandwich with cole slaw, not a cole slaw sandwich with pastrami. I usually enjoy their subs but today was a fail. For the amount of money you pay for these subs you would expect to receive more meat. I could have gone to Subway for this.

Soggy Italian sub and The Bobbie had no cranberry sauce. LAME!

Ordered several subs "to travel" to take to visit family in Virginia. Customer service was terrible, like they just didn't care. Packed to travel, at most locations, means the meat is in wrap on the bread, and all of the toppings (onions, pickles, oil, etc) are on the side. We did not get the toppings/sides and had to go back in and get them. Got an attitude about that. Then got to Virginia, 5 hours away, and realized it was all already on the subs, so they were all soggy. Also ordered The Bobbie and there was no cranberry sauce. Just dry turkey and stuffing. LAME! Typically always enjoy Capriotti's other locations, this was just a terrible experience....terrible service, and the subs were just bad.

Omg! Where do I start. I never seen this franchise look so run down n my life! I was excited to stop by here as this is my fav spot in Rosslyn Va. I never seen a restaurant with no decor, jus gray walls. Jus open space...Y. The way it looks as if they were handing out franchise with no help from the company. The big ppl at the top should be ashamed of there self of the way this store looks inside. I order 2 cheesesteaks wit no steak on the sandwich. I was told only 3 comes on the medium but 2 on the small. Never been told that ever at my store. It was all bread no meat. Should have jus gave me bread n mayo sandwich. Nasty n the worst ever not sure or y its open. U can tell the name sale the ppl n not the store it self. Never again!

Turkey Sandwich rocks! I appreciate it's not processed.

Ducked in with Cousin Karen to grab some sammies on the fly and it was great, here's why: * She bought, SCORE! * Turkey Sub Rocked The turkey is not only "off the bone" and therefor not some processed crap, but it is also a Butterball "all natural" product. I found it to be delicious, and quite possibly one of the best Turkey Subs I've ever had from a restaurant. Good job. I will have to duck in and try something else and will update those interested about that, as well as a sense of cost. Good stuff, Cabeza OUT!

Worst Bobbie I've ever had. Very skinny and slow to come out. Barely any cranberry sauce on it.

You can taste the quality and freshness in the selection/ingredients this location uses. As a commuter, I've tried Jersey Mike's in multiple locations and states, and I'm just so thankful this one is a 5-star location in my book & is so close to our home. The customer service here is top-notch which you can tell trickles down from leadership/management. I've seen this location's team members hold open doors for elderly customers, stay super professional when they're slammed and take orders 1 minute from closing time with smiles on their faces. You don't see that at every restaurant but I'm glad I've witnessed that here countless times. I also love how they hire veterans and young adults. It makes me happy doing business at a place that not only is super high in quality and service, but adds so much value to the community. Thanks Jersey's for being the best sub place we've ever had. Customers for life.

I asked for the pepper relish and the banana pepper slices on the side. What was made for pickup, however, were two soggy, sorry excuses for a sandwich. So much vinegar, all I could taste was vinegar. Now I love vinegar--this is a gal who has six kinds of vinegar in the pantry but I want to taste sandwich, not just the dressing. There was almost no provolone on my sandwich and minimal roast beef hiding in the crease. It looked scared; and I don't blame it. The acid bath was something out of a horror film. And of course the bread barely survived the deluge of dressing, soggy. And barely any crunchy water, I mean, lettuce or onions. And the pepper relish and slices were ON the sandwich not on the side as requests. The Italian wasn't much better, not enough lettuce and the diner, a hungry guy who is not as fussy as me, admitted it wasn't that great. Jersey Mikes of Middletown, do better, please.

I went in my phone and helped him do the basic ingredients on gyro & quesadilla!! Place looked clean, next to liquor store so many junkies/stragglers walking near deli buying their alcohol...? Food being fixed to order, made fresh in front of me, and there is 16 chairs and four tables to eat in. Fountain sodas, are coke products! Canned and bottled soda available too. So I get the chicken Gyro, and the chicken quesadilla. We take it home and eat it 30 minutes later. The quesadilla was hot and fresh, but the chicken had no flavor and barely any seasoning. You could barely even notice there was any chicken in there because it was flavorless.... They gave us salsa in a Heinz packet, and then they gave us sour cream on the side. The salsa was like something that you get at Wawa with the peel off foil top. Nothing done with Love or unique ". Would highly recommend you avoid this place if you're looking for something special and different. Very average and the employees were fairly nice to me. Not very talkative and not very helpful with their own menu. Had to figure everything out myself. I have not tried this place for breakfast sandwiches so maybe that's better than what I got? they open early, but I got there around 5 PM.? I would give the place probably about a 5.8 out of 10. We had a great server, who was very attentive to our needs. People enjoyed the various food offerings, including the pasta, which had a kick to it. I ordered the chicken thighs, which is a rare treat to find on a menu. My only disappointment was that they were a bit overcooked and dried out. Perhaps it was the time of day, but who knows. Other than that, I would come back and try another dish someday.
