I thought the cheesesteak was super good with gooey cooper sharp cheese. I wish the steak itself had more seasoning but overall a very solid sandwich. The Italian was also very good with all the fixings! Fries were nice and crispy. It was alittle pricey for the sandwiches but they were also pretty huge so worth it! They even had a free ice cream sandwich for my daughter which she enjoyed ofcourse. Solid place! I def. want to come back and try other sandwiches next time I'm in the area.

Not sure what has happened to this company in these last years, but they definitely need to clean up the locations. The last two we visited were Smyrna and Middletown. The Middletown location associates seem to be in their own world. We waited almost 40 minutes for two subs and a grilled cheese sandwich. They actually forgot the grilled cheese sandwich and made it after we got our subs. There were two customers ahead of us, and they probably had some: orders, but that was ridiculous. They seem to be walking around in slow motion and no one seemed to care how long it was taking. There was no apology for the delay. The Smyrna location looked worse than the Middletown location but both need help.

As you head south on 301 (Middletown-Warwick Rd), there is an entrance to a huge car wash on the right, and a shopping center on the left. Enter the drive towards the carwash on the right and Casapulla's is behind and to the left. You won't see it easily from the road.
