The staff here were so welcoming and attentive, and they sell tons of natural supplements, toiletries, teas....such a cool little shop. After I paid for the prescription, I ended up buying a lovely all-natural shampoo bar for a very reasonable $8.99. I used it tonight after I returned home, and my hair looks and feels amazing. Should you make the mistake of sending a prescription here, understand it won't be filled in a timely manner as they will only order any medication once a prescription is submitted. So why would you use this establishment to have a medication prescription filled? The obvious answer would be price, right? To save money on that prescription. And that seems to be the angle here. They're listed on many prescription coupon sites which show amazing deals if you show the coupon to the pharmacist upon pickup. But guess what? They won't accept any of the coupons even though their pharmacy is clearly listed. (Don't fall for the under new ownership story... they tell the customer they are under new ownership as of June 2026... but these coupons are active and not being accepted in July, well after the 'change in ownership'. So now we've established they have no medications, need to order whatever you need which will take days to fulfill, and don't provide the pricing promised. What's left? Customer service? That might exist there, but not when I was in. Watch your credit card here as well... the pharmacist tried to write my credit card information on a piece of scrap paper before I stopped him. Can you be any shadier in 2026? The kicker? My 90 pill prescription contained 88 pills. You would think if you're ordering the meds, at least fulfill the entire prescription. Always count your pills!

I always used riteaid located in newark but I was working and thankfully I took off because I was…read morenot feeling well and already had scheduled my covid testing appointment for this pharmacy whenever I go to do covid test it's pretty quick and all associates are friendly in newark riteaid. but this time I only choose this because I was in middletown in this riteaid people working here have no sense how to talk politely first they said we couldn't find the order its a glitch in quest online scheduling go schedule another appointment I showed them my email after 1 hour of talking with several people in this middletown riteaid pharmacy and staying on call for 30 min and quest associate stayed on call with me and told me there's no glitch and they talked with the riteaid employe and checked and suddenly they findout my order and gave me the excuse that it was our system which was. not showing, associates stays in attitude when I asked for a manager they told me oh manager is in store somewhere. I definitely would never ever go to this riteaid again and never ever recommend this store to anyone because first hire some polite and kind human being who know how to talk with any human, not a teenage toddler who still needs to learn manners! Poor customer service and rude associates!

Started here and got shipped to Wilmington Postal Service and then got shipped to North Philly at the Postal Service there. Got shipped in St George's Postal Service and then went back to Wilmington Postal Service and came back to my house. I got my medicine but was supposed to get it 2 weeks ago. CVS Middletown DE didn't have a pharmacist on 8/19/23 on 8/20/23 staff had half the pharmacy shut…read moredown. Corporate management is putting its clients in life threatening danger. I talked to 3 people who had to skip a night of medicine who were scared they would get sick. The store is poorly managed and in the weeds. I hope no one got sick or had to go to the hospital. Corporate management shouldn't put people life in danger by trying to cut the number of staff needed to do the job safely.

Middletown Walmart Pharmacy…read more... NEVER EVER AGAIN! Yesterday, my doctor sent over 2 prescriptions for me to the Walmart Pharmacy. My toddler and I headed over and walked around the store for an hour, and the prescription still was not filled (even though they were aware I was there for pick up). Well every 20 or so minutes, I would head back and they would say "just 15 more minutes"... turned into walking around for almost TWO hours. I finally get my prescription, and they tell me "Oh sorry, we don't have one of them. We will have it ready tomorrow morning". As if they could not have told me that entire time that one of them was not available, I would have had the entire order transferred over to RiteAid. So fast forward to this morning. My son's doctor e-scribed an RX for him over to the walmart at 830am. We pull up to the drive-thru pharmacy at 11 am. 1) They don't have my other medication. Once again, they told me to come back tomorrow 2) They said they did not have my son's prescription request. I called the doctor's office, who said that they received confirmation back from Walmart that the prescription was successfully received. The pharmacist's answer? "Oh well, yea sometimes that happens but there's nothing I can do about it. Have them send it over again and it'll be ready in an hour". Needless to say, I transferred both prescriptions over to RiteAid.
