She is equal opportunity hostile and rude to her staff and customers in equal measure. I have a prescription from a visit to the ER yesterday. They are "still working on it." CVS on Middletown Odessa was just as bad, but lately they have improved. Try switching over to CVS. For some it might be a longer drive, but you get your prescriptions filled quickly and the service counter had improved.

It was shipped to PHILADELPHIA! I live in Middletown WHY PHILLY? I was upset because I thought it was lost or stolen or something they would do! The journey was long for my meds. Started here and got shipped to Wilmington Postal Service and then got shipped to North Philly at the Postal Service there. Got shipped in St George's Postal Service and then went back to Wilmington Postal Service and came back to my house. I got my medicine but was supposed to get it 2 weeks ago. Again this Walgreens is nice in general but not the delivery service there.

Middletown Walmart Pharmacy…read more... NEVER EVER AGAIN! Yesterday, my doctor sent over 2 prescriptions for me to the Walmart Pharmacy. My toddler and I headed over and walked around the store for an hour, and the prescription still was not filled (even though they were aware I was there for pick up). Well every 20 or so minutes, I would head back and they would say "just 15 more minutes"... turned into walking around for almost TWO hours. I finally get my prescription, and they tell me "Oh sorry, we don't have one of them. We will have it ready tomorrow morning". As if they could not have told me that entire time that one of them was not available, I would have had the entire order transferred over to RiteAid. So fast forward to this morning. My son's doctor e-scribed an RX for him over to the walmart at 830am. We pull up to the drive-thru pharmacy at 11 am. 1) They don't have my other medication. Once again, they told me to come back tomorrow 2) They said they did not have my son's prescription request. I called the doctor's office, who said that they received confirmation back from Walmart that the prescription was successfully received. The pharmacist's answer? "Oh well, yea sometimes that happens but there's nothing I can do about it. Have them send it over again and it'll be ready in an hour". Needless to say, I transferred both prescriptions over to RiteAid.

CVS Middletown DE didn't have a pharmacist on 8/19/23 on 8/20/23 staff had half the pharmacy shut…read moredown. Corporate management is putting its clients in life threatening danger. I talked to 3 people who had to skip a night of medicine who were scared they would get sick. The store is poorly managed and in the weeds. I hope no one got sick or had to go to the hospital. Corporate management shouldn't put people life in danger by trying to cut the number of staff needed to do the job safely.
