The definition of hit or miss. Staff (had an employee gaslight me. I put $15 cash into a tank inside, and when I went out there it was showing no money/credit added. It essentially took forever for him to figure it out because he never gave me my receipt and I had to be assertive because gas is outrageous and I cannot afford for even such a small loss) One lady gave her input on a nicotine product i purchased before I quit, shaming me. (Inappropriate) A nighttime blonde employee saw I ordered Broccoli Cheddar off the kiosk, and then avoided the front counter but put my soup out for me to grab. Ticket taped to the top says Broccoli Cheddar and as I dive in, IT WASNT. It was Potato Bacon and I don't even eat pork. No one cared they just gave me what they thought I wouldn't notice until I left. Do not go late at night unless you want it to take forever, staff to ignore you, and a pack of sardines in the lobby. The only reason this has 3/5 stars is because some of the food I love! Gas is my favorite! & it's just very convenient MOST of the time. But when they suck they SUCK. read more

I wanted to be blase, it's just a glorified 7-11......then I saw the Lobster Bisque Soup. Hot, creamy, Lobster Bisque. And the breakfast sandwiches, made hot. It quickly became my favorite quick stop while I was in town. A little bit of everything, fast in and out, lighted parking for safety, and always something hot and warm in that frozen tundra that is Back East. Try the Tasty Kakes, and the coffee. The Wawa is located well right by the route 1 exit. it is easy to get to and has a large parking lot for a busy day. Compared to other Wawas it is clean and spacious. Sandwiches are standard Wawa fare. While this doesn't make for 5 start dining it does make for a reliable meal. read more

This Wawa is my gas stop when I go to and from NYC. Its always busy but the location is great. A typical WaWa with food to order or quick snacks to grab. The last time I was there they only had one cashier working the main counter and the line was at least 15 people deep. Not good if you just want to get in and out. Overall its a good stop and if I end up going north again I will most likely visit again. read more

Brand new within a year of this review. Huge parking lot with a gas station. Sandwiches are just OK. I can understand why someone would eat at Wawa if they were in a hurry, the food isn't terrible. Going through Middletown and saw this new-looking Wawa store so I just had to make a stop. It's as good as any Wawa store. It sells gasoline and all the usual convenience store foods you'd expect. Parking is no problem as it is inside a strip mall and it has its own parking spaces around the store too. read more

This particular store has issues, particularly the overall appearance inside - it really needs to be remodeled - and the friendliness & courtesy of the staff at the front check out registers. Several of the staff behave as if they're doing you the favor of checking you out. The Wawa at the other end of town is much newer and the staff much more professional. read more
