Stopped by this location recently and had a great experience! We walked in with our 7 month old and a team member greeted us immediately and was super helpful with grabbing us a high chair and making sure we got settled. As a new mom, I really appreciated this extra effort from her. Also, I was pleased that this location had changing tables in both the men's and women's bathroom. The women's bathroom was clean so I wasn't overwhelmed when I had to go in there to change by baby's diaper. It's nice to know that my husband had a changing table option if he needed to take the baby. read more

Ordered a small coffee and a large ice water (free!). Beverages for the road. Got the water at the checkout, but had to wait for the coffee, which took 10 min since the guy who checked me out "didn't put it in so it shows on the screen". Coffee was lukewarm. read more

Always love a good visit to chick fil a! This one has a great playground for the kids! Yay! The service was great but the place was a bit messy as far as items left on the floor. We loved all of our food items...included a chicken nugget kids meal, a kale salad, fruit cup, chicken sandwich, frozen lemonade and a strawberry milkshake. Liana was sweet and kind as were the other bag deliverers. My problem that I have at this store in particular is the baggers and with management. They frequently do not check orders which is concerning. If you care about speed rather than quality, service and accuracy you shouldn't be a Chick-fil-A. I had my two young kids in the car and placed an order for two kids meals one with a fruit cup and one with mac and cheese. Thank God I checked before fully leaving the restaurant. First the orders were all mixed and not in regular kids meal bags. For instance. In one bag there was 2 chocolate milks and grilled nuggets another was two fries and the regular nuggets. So since I had two kids and was by myself I pulled up to the third lane and they said they would bring out my food. Nope. I had to ask for someone who then asked for all my food which my kids already starting eating. So I asked for a manager and they said I would have to go in. All I wanted was the small fruit cup and the Mac and cheese. Liana was kind and apologetic while this one guy kept motioning for her to get me out of there. So I went to Chick-fil-A today and the food was good as usual but overall the cleanliness was below average, the floors were dirty same as the playground and the playground was not fun at all. There are flys all around. The service was allright the workers were nice but the service was slow it took 5mins just to order my food. It wasn't even busy! The girls bathroom was disgusting there was blood coming down from the toilet to the ground paper towels on the ground water was on the ground and still in the sink soap dispenser did not work at all and the ground was dirty. The boys bathroom was disgusting there was poop stains on and in the toilet and the seat and pee stains and there was paper towels all over the floor. The works came around and gave me mints but the were disgusting. I'm In the playground there was a car thing and when you would go on it the car would shake it didn't feel safe! The quality of the food is always great however my complaint is the quantity. This makes absolutely no sense. I ordered medium fries and my daughter ordered a large. Look at this photo, we both could have ordered a small and we would have paid less for the same amount of food. I have to give Chick-fil-A and their employees a 'Hat's off for a job well done', while we had the COVID pandemic. This location used to be fantastic... But something changed. Maybe since the pandemic shut down things sort of went down the drain. The food is still good of course, but the service is not. They often get my order incorrect and since I use the drive-through window I'm always amazed when I get my food home or if I'm eating in the car at work, surprised that there is something missing like napkins. Shouldn't it be implicit that if someone's taking out food that they will need a couple of napkins? I think generally it's a good store but they need some re-training. read more

This is one of the most polite Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. They had employees opening the door, a ton of people behind the registers so that things moved fast, and even someone walking around in your dedicated section to offer help! The food came out very quickly considering how busy it was, and it was tasty Chick-fil-A food as usual. We came here for the food but were really blown away by the service, they must have a great manager! Unfortunately we don't live in the area to come back but I highly recommend a stop here. read more

The food is great and the service is fantastic. But the past couple times I have gotten take out, they have forgotten the pickles on my sandwich. I thought pickles were standard? I'm not going to open my sandwich to check for pickles before I leave the parking lot. Also, the last time I was there, they ran out of mayonnaise. We always have a great experience at chick-fil-a. The manager opened up a third lane just to accommodate the heavy drive thru line during this time. They have been so cheap with their portions; every time I order anymore I get halfway full and cold fries or mac and cheese way below the fill line. The prices are high as is compared to other fast food places. I will not be coming here anymore. read more

This place does not disappoint. The food is solid and the service is better than most high end restaurants. Today, we pulled up to the drive through and saw a very long line. Once in line I noticed the employees outside working the line. Not 1 or 2 but 7 people working the line in the 90 plus degree heat. Taking your order in person and then someone else checking your order and taking payment. Then a woman with a tray approaches the car and she is offering free samples of Frosted Lemonade because "it's so hot out here and you're stuck in your car." The line moved very quickly. There are plenty of businesses that could benefit from sending their employees to Chick Fil A to work for a few weeks. The operations and service are second to none. read more

The Cobb Salad is fantastic. The spicy chicken salad is very spicy so beware. Of course I like the #1 combo (fried chicken sandwich with waffle fries.) Lemonade is great. So is the "frosted lemonade"--that's lemonade and soft-serve ice cream as a drink. Can't recommend the frosted coffee. Many people love it, but it tastes a bit of artificial coffee syrup to me. Still--it's a great place. I do not recommend the wraps either, but I hate wraps in general. The prices at Chick-Fil-A are a bit higher than most fast food, but the quality is such that you don't feel annoyed that you ate there. read more

This review comes after the last two trips to this location have been sub-par. The previous trip my wife contacted the management and it went on deaf ears. They completely ignored her email and never even responded saying they received her feedback. My trip this afternoon, we ordered a chicken nugget meal and a Cobb salad. The team member was in training and did not give us correct change. I was completely understanding and that wasn't my issue. When we pulled around to get our food, the team member said that they never charged us for the salad. When asked how much the salad was to pay, the team member was annoyed. We ended up just saying forget the salad and asked for our correct change. We had to wait 5 minutes while team members chatted at the window. When they finally brought the correct change it was very snarky and rude. Not the customer service that Chick Fil A usually provides. I hope that everyone else has different experiences, but since this location doesn't seem to like respond to feedback directly. read more

Went to Chic Fula in Middletown walked in and was 1 minute late for breakfast and was told were not serving breakfast anymore. When I said I really wanted breakfast they were like your late as I decided to leave and not buy anything I was told we can check to see if anything left. This turned me off to this franchise. When we got the milkshakes one had a puncture in the side from someone's long ass nails and the other one was covered in brown stuff ( no it was not a chocolate milkshake ) I don't know what that stuff was.
