I told the employee, "Tuna with nothing on it." She responded with an annoyed, "Ugh... nothing?" I laughed and said, "Yeah, sorry, he's 13 and picky--nothing." She then asked, with an attitude, "So no mayo?" I replied, "Well, obviously mayo--it's a tuna sandwich." She snapped back, "Well, I'm not a mind reader, and it's not obvious because it doesn't come with mayo." At that point I was frustrated and said, "Well, I'm not a mind reader either. I didn't know that." Her response was simply, "Oh my God." I was shocked by how rude and dismissive she was, especially over a simple misunderstanding. I asked if someone else could help me, and she said, "Whatever," before getting another employee, who was incredibly polite and helpful. To make matters worse, she then went into the back and very obviously started talking about me while pointing in my direction. It was completely unprofessional and made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. I've worked in customer service, and I understand that difficult customers exist. It's situated in a shopping center and has plenty of parking! The restaurant is small, but there are tables if you wanted to eat there! The employees are all very nice too! Well my order was a double quarter pounder with fries and a drink. The fries were grease logged and old. The burger had a nicely cooked top and the bottom was raw. How this happens with the timer cookers is beyond me. My wife's fish fillet was soggy and greasy same with fries. My older son had a Big Mac which looked like a big tornado with raw meat at least his nuggets were half decent. My younger son ordered a double bacon cheese burger which looked like a steam roller finished cooking it again fries awful. The only 3 things that turned out right were to apple pies and an ice cream. Guess I was lucky the machine worked. Over all the Management looked like they were trying to keep control of the business but there was just way to much fooling around to give a good customer experience. Like I said earlier it's fast food so we went about our way snacked on some food when we got home and most likely will not go there again.
