The Vineland Store was our go to for years. We order nearly every week. We always go through the app for a delivery order since I am disabled and my husband cares for me and my elderly Mom who has Alzheimer's. We had a problem with an order in the past that, after a lot of conversation, was finally handled by the manager, Jordan- he did the right thing at the time. Today we had another issue in which one of our sandwiches was made completely wrong. This time we were put on the phone with the owner, Claude (no last name given). After explaining our situation and the issue, we were told that the only way they can help us is if we bring the sandwich back. We again explained that the reason we order delivery is out of necessity and paid the extra $7 delivery charge and tip. He understood that we were unable to physically go to the store. Still, we were given one solution. Come to our store and bring it back and we can help you. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. The owner was rude and when we mentioned that his manager had resent door dash last time this happened, he said that was a special circumstance. It was the exact same situation. Primos needs to figure out how to run a successful delivery service or leave it to the other delivery services. They are inept at dealing with delivery order mistakes. If you can't physically go to the store, don't order. As a disabled woman, I feel like I am being treated as a sub-par customer. I will never order from this store again. Its a shame when the owner needs to take lessons from their manager. Update: Corporate headquarters was contacted and 2 messages were left because it was impossible to get a human. I've been a faithful customer of Primo's since its opening, and NEVER had a problem till Friday night. I called to place an order and was greeted by "Primo's please hold." After spending five minutes on hold, I spoke to an employee, who appeared to be new, so I was patient with him. After I finally placed my order, I was told my order would be done in 35 minutes. I arrived at the store to learn my order wasn't even started yet. I waited another twenty minutes to find out they still hadn't begun my order. As I was waiting I noticed three customers sitting waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, one of them was a door dash driver. Time is money for these people. Not to mention he probably got a terrible tip or none. Finally, I just told them never mind because I had somewhere to be. Went down the street to WaWa and got three sandwiches in 5 minutes. They were nowhere the quality, but who knows because I never got my order. Poor decision on a Friday night having three employees working and one new one to boot. Get it together. read more

I visited Pizza Hut in December 20 24 customer service was lackluster. The dining room was not very clean. The pizzas barely had any cheese or toppings on them. Pizza Hut will never be like they were in the 90s in my opinion this Pizza Hut should be closed. It would be nice to see Millville Pizza Hut returnbecause they actually used real dough not frozen when you visited their restaurant. read more

I live in Florida where there aren't any Primo hoagies. I am a New Jersey native tho. I went to one while visiting band got the "Abruzzi". This is roast pork, sharp provolone and seasoned broccoli rabe! An amazing sandwich. Service was great too. read more

We order from here fairly frequently. In the years since my last review, we have never once had an issue with quality or an order being wrong. I am logging on today to specifically mention the friendly service they offer. Their young staff is super friendly and appreciative when they wait on you. I note this even when the owners are not up front helping out. It is nice to go somewhere and feel you are appreciated as a customer. Sadly, this IS noteworthy in this day and age. Keep up the good work and I hope notes like this are a reminder to thank your staff and tell them they matter to the business. read more

Authentic Italian subs! Everything is fresh and flavorful! When my mom was prego with my sister, she would have my Dad drive for an hour to get her a sub exactly like this!! The bread crackles the way only fresh bread does. Hubby got meatballs that he said he'd order again on their own; they're that good. I got an Italian sub, lettuce, tomato, oil, pepper topped off a delicious salami, prosciutto and cheese. They have a chicken parm sandwich, spicy tuna and meat trays! I'm ecstatic we discovered this place. You have lifetime customers! Located in the ACME shopping center across from Burger King; BK gets so packed during meal times, but if people knew Primo Hoagies was a few feet away, there'd be a line out the door. We drove up to South Jersey on Christmas Eve and were visiting a relative at Bishop McCarthy. We were looking for an authentic taste of the Garden State and someone said the hoagies here were great. They were open on Christmas Eve until 4pm so we went in and ordered the classic Italian hoagie, meatball sub and Turkey hoagie. The staff was really proud of their menu and they explained that they were a franchise with about 90 locations. We were visiting from North Carolina and we did not know about Primo at all. We came to the right place and it was truly one of the best sandwiches I have had. There is no real kitchen so the hoagies are mostly cold. Since they don't have a grill, they don't do Philly cheesesteak. Instead, they slice the deli meat and it is extremely fresh. Th peppers on my turkey hoagie were the best peppers I have had and the oil vinegar and oregano combo was just right. The hoagie roll was also fresh with sesame seeds and everything was tasty. Daniel had the meatball sub and he loved it. You pick a drink from the cooler and they also sell sides like rice pudding and other side items. Chips line the counter and the menu is on the right side. I would highly recommend the turkey hoagie. read more

Seriously.... this place is great! While it seems that most of the other Primo's have stopped serving Tavern Ham and Swiss, this one still has it! I'm over the moon excited about that and PRAY they don't stop. If you haven't tried it, you NEED to, it's amazing!!! 100 times better than regular ham (nasty stuff!), a perfect blend of taste and texture combined with lettuce, tomato and onions and that amazing mayo that they use! read more

Placed an order with specific directions of how we wanted our sandwich and they did the exact opposite and we don't live close enough to return for a new sandwich. 20.00 including tip I don't mind paying but make the right sandwich people please do your job! read more

I knocked the rating down one star. While Primo still makes a good sub, the food is inconsistent. I order the same sandwich every time, yet it tastes different each time. It's not that it is ever bad, but consistency is key. I like roasted peppers and get them on my Italian every time. Usually there is a healthy portion. Last evening, I had to look to see if there were any there. Three slivers is all. The oil was much like the vermouth my father used in his martinis: you just wave the bottle nearby but you don't put any in. Dry. Good for a cocktail, difficult for a sandwich. read more

Although the sandwiches are good the hours make it hard for someone to get out of work and get there on time. Needless to say I've had the opportunity rarely to grab a sandwich especially when I'm running late and don't want to eat heavy. read more

Great sandwiches and I am glad they opened one in Vineland. Hopefully they do well, so many people around here seem to think wawa makes a good hoagie when wawa is about as bad as you can find. They use plenty of meat and the Italian semolina bread is great. read more

Would've given them 5 stars but the hours are terrible. Sunday hours are the worst, especially during football season. Very inconvenient. It seems to be very clean. The staff is nice. The prices are higher than most around here, but you get twice as much than them as well. I like that meat is sliced to order. The bread is delicious. I've never had one problem and have enjoyed the sandwiches since they've opened. Love the sharp Italian and the Bada Bing! Long hots are nice to have too. read more

I ordered a tray of mixed subs and the veggie subs with eggplant , provolone, brocco rabe and roasted peppers... it was soggy eggplant and very little if any of the other ingredients since 4 of us were vegetarians we were looking forward to the veggie subs...i am so glad i made roasted vegetables so we had something to eat. I called to report this to the manager who said both the owners were there that Sunday and she was off that day. I expected a call from the owner apologizing for the poor quality and I was not planning on writing a bad review just wanted to let the owner know what happened. The small rolls are TERRIBLE and taste exactly like the wawa rolls(disgusting aftertaste). If there was a clear distinction on the menu of the different bread rolls, I would of just ordered a primo-sized hoagie. This is one mistake I will never make again. If you want a great quality hoagie, pay the arm and leg and get a primo sized hoagie. read more
