The police towed the car and lied about why to cover their tracks. When we went to get our car, mysteriously the right front head light was hanging off along with the front bumper. No way they used a flat bed to tow my vehicle they had to drag it from the rear because its rear wheel drive. When we picked up the vehicle And noticed all the damage we asked for pictures before and after the towing process. The mod walking with us took our phone number And said he would send pictures, after 4 hours of waiting for him to send them, he claimed there were no pictures. After I questioned that response he said the pictures can't be released. Then hung up the phone on me. I asked where to find policy and procedure documents and they refused to help. The whole team is trash. This place is dirty. Every single one of them are frauds with no understanding of customer service they shouldn't be in business.
