I was using AAA and I had an afternoon of other 3rd party tow services come to try and get it out of my garage, but they would arrive and then tell me they didn't even want to try. Cameron was the 3rd to arrive and he was my last hope. I don't even have words to describe the service he provided. He was just amazing. From the moment he got out of the truck, he was kind, professional and showed no hesitation to get the job done. He was also super respectful and gentle with my wrangler, which I appreciated immensely. He made sure he didn't rush fast, that everything was perfect and that all went smoothly. It was honestly super cool to watch. Then he told me he's only been doing it for a month and I was even more amazed. Cameron was a real pro. Give him a raise!

But Chris was very helpful and reassured me that he would help and only took 15 minutes to arrive once there the service was great he took care of everything and made the process of towing the vehicle to a safe area and change the tire painless. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for the way he treats his customers and the service he provides when your in a pinch. Also he wrote me a receipt for the tow and tire change and I was able to be partially reimbursed by AAA.

They called me scared, afraid and did not know what to do. I called Chris transport, to see if he could go to the scene of the accident and help my friend out. I gave him the location, and he said he's on his way. Once he arrived my friend called me and thanked me and said that he was very helpful and comforting in her time of despair. He towed her car to a body shop that he was familiar with. He then told her if she needed help legally, meaning if she needed to be referred to a lawyer he also can help. My friend called me last night, to tell me that they picked up their car and the work that the Bodyshop did, was amazing. Thank you Chris for helping my friend. They called me back immediately once they got in touch with a driver.. the driver was professional, congenial, and took great care with my vehicle. I used City Wide via AAA because my car died and I needed the car towed to the dealer for repair…read more The pickup was fine; however, the driver just dropped my car at the dealer without actually handing the vehicle off to someone, AND he took the key fob with him instead of leaving it in a night deposit envelope or even in the vehicle itself. Ended up taking me more than 72 hours to get the key fob back, and because of that, repairs to the vehicle/fob still have yet to be addressed. Use at your own risk!!!
