When I confronted them with this information they just tried to convince me that I was mistaken. It wasn't worth a lawsuit, but in my opinion they're dishonest and should not be trusted.

I checked on local yellow pages and called Bravo Lock and Safe co around 6:00 PM and they send PJ a young man was able to correct the problems in the lock (loose parts) and put the old Baldwin cylinder with a new set of keys. My lock works like new and the cost was very reasonable and way lower than the other business. I filled out their form and paid my deposit. H had several courtesy reminders for the appointment which was a couple weeks out, and more as the day got closer. On the day of service, I set out for Newark. Before I could get there they were calling my home and my cell to confirm. There was nobody home and I didn't have hands-free phone and couldn't take the call. But I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and confirmed. They said they had dropped that slot because I hadn't confirmed. None of their messages a reasonable time before the meeting said I had to confirm to keep the date. Stupid company wasted my time and took my deposit for nothing. Unless you have a neural link installed, don't bet on your mobile locksmith showing up at some remote location.
