Three days later, the battery died again, and another roadside assistance company stated the battery was empty and that I needed a new one. Because Kelly does not know whether or not a battery is depleted, I was caught a second time with a dead battery. Poor Service ~ CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!! UPDATE: Kelly Roberts refused to reimburse me for the charge of the jump, as well as give me my generous tip back.
