I called Monday am , they had my car picked up in barley anytime at all . When the driver arrived he only needed my key and since the car was leaking coolant didn't even have to start it up . Kelly Roberts, the owner, showed up to give my car battery a jump start. I asked him if I needed a…read morenew battery. He stated I did not and that there was plenty of juice left in the battery. Three days later, the battery died again, and another roadside assistance company stated the battery was empty and that I needed a new one. Because Kelly does not know whether or not a battery is depleted, I was caught a second time with a dead battery. Poor Service ~ CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!! UPDATE: Kelly Roberts refused to reimburse me for the charge of the jump, as well as give me my generous tip back.
