3D Roadside LLC damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. I originally called for a tow…read morebecause my battery had died. The driver, Robert, told my mechanic that power steering fluid had leaked all over his tow truck. My mechanic quickly confirmed this wasn't true - it was coolant from a broken engine coolant pipe. The damage was caused when Robert broke the housing on my upper radiator hose while attempting to jump my battery. My mechanic made it clear that my car could not have been driven in this condition at all, which proves the damage happened while in 3D Roadside's care. Before the tow truck touched my vehicle, the only issue was a dead battery. No fluids were leaking prior to their involvement. When I called 3D Roadside LLC to report the damage, they hung up on me and blocked my number. This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and takes no accountability for their actions.

We called AAA to help us, and A&R Towing came to take us to the shop. When the mechanic arrived the next morning to begin repairs, they found fluid on the ground. They took pictures of the driveway and the parking lot and the pan, but to no avail. Because of their negligence, they added another $300 + in repairs. Since I make 850$ a month, this is a very difficult expense for me. They refuse to admit they did the damage. AAA also refuses to help us. This is terrible.

The guy who answered said he can be there in 30 mins which if I called AAA or insurance it was hours for a wait. No gas in 9° and hours of a wait isn't an option when I pay for roadside. These guys did it and for that I am deleting my AAA roadside, my insurance roadside and I'm just calling these guys whenever I need a tow or tow like service. It was way too easy and convenient for anyone to be dealing with AAA or roadside assistance thru anyone except just calling Poppa Locks directly. Trust me you'll save HOURS. 10/10!!
