When my car broke down over Thanksgiving weekend, I called third-party roadside assistance. They sent me Diamond Towing to flatbed it to my chosen repair center. The owner, Wally, actually arrived ahead of schedule, was friendly, and even knew quite a bit about the vehicle he came to tow, (a 2001 Mercedes). I made sure I put Diamond's number in my phone so that the next time something like this happens - and there is ALWAYS a 'next time' - I can contact them directly. Highly recommend!! read more

I had to call for a tow after breaking down at Wawa. Wally, the owner, responded very quickly and was on scene in about 10 minutes. He was very courteous and quick in loading my SUV onto the flatbed. I was very happy with his tow fee as it was less than blittersdorfs, which I had to call for a tow several months prior. I have no complaints with the service Wally provided and would absolutely recommend diamond towing if you find yourself in need of a tow. read more

Walley was great... worked out a schedule to pull my vehicle out of the garage, load on flatbed, and deliver to the garage. His ability to maneuver his truck and drop the vehicle in a super tight spot was impressive. Great guy, terrific service, will use again (if necessary). read more

Wally the Gentleman Tow Truck Driver and Diamond Towing came to my rescue after dealing with a roadside emergency service company that left me stranded on 926 for 6 hours. I called Diamond Towing and Wally showed up in 30 minutes, had the car up, strapped, and ready to go in 15 minutes, and hand delivered my car to the dealership all within 1 hour explaining what he was doing and responding to me via phone and text the whole time. I complemented him on the fact you could eat off the flat bed of his truck, it was that clean. His response was 'You treat your tools like you treat your customers, with respect.' Diamond towing has a customer for life and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need a tow in Delaware or Chester County give them a call they won't disappoint. Adam Powell read more

Huge shout out to diamond towing. I got stuck on the side of the road in the snow and the owner's wife happened to see me and called him to come help. With in 15 minutes he was there and pulled me out of the snow and onto the road and got me on my way after being stuck for about 3 hours with no success. He was courteous and professional and I couldn't be more thankful. I will recommend him from now on to anyone with towing needs!!! Thanks again read more

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Wally from Diamond Towing. He was pleasant, on time and very easy to talk to. My car was in terrible shape and could barely move but Wally managed to delicately load the vehicle onto his truck. The total charges for my tow were VERY reasonable and much lower than the quotes I received elsewhere. I highly recommend Diamond Towing and would definitely use their services in the future. read more

My first experience with Diamond Towing was awesome! I discovered a flat tire but luckily had not left my driveway. The weather got worse as the day went on with snow and sleet beginning to accumulate. I'm sure Diamond had lots of other calls due to the storm but they came out right away and switched my tire to my spare - which was extremely helpful because I had 2 young kids at home and my husband was traveling! read more
