The services on my car are solid. I changed my 4 tires here and got them aligned and this time fixed the slow leaking tire. I would recommend just drop off the car for any services. On top of the issue with the defective tire they trashed my tire which they were supposed to hold onto for me. They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Care was also taken not to scuff up the new wheels during install which was highly appreciated! Prices were reasonable considering the amount of labor that went into the job performed. Our daughter needed two new tires. We saw the good Reviews for Mavis Tires & Brakes (another…read morelocation) and chose this location because of convenience. We made an appointment for 10:00 AM, selected two tires and paid the $25.00 deposit. When she arrived for her appointment (on time), she was informed it would be an hour and a half wait until her car would be brought back, and another forty five minute wait for the installation. Leaving was not an option so she waited. Finally, her car was going back for the installation, but was now informed that the tires we put a deposit on were unavailable and she had to select different ones. For starters, why did we make an appointment online for 10:00 AM, only to arrive and have to wait over two hours? Secondly, why did we select tires and pay a 25.00 deposit, only to find out they weren't available? Is this the bait and switch tactic to get you to buy more expensive tires? Would this situation have happened if her dad was with her? I don't know. I do know that this was horrible customer service. Perhaps we did choose the wrong location, but now we chose the wrong business as well!
