The driver, Robert, told my mechanic that power steering fluid had leaked all over his tow truck. My mechanic quickly confirmed this wasn't true - it was coolant from a broken engine coolant pipe. The damage was caused when Robert broke the housing on my upper radiator hose while attempting to jump my battery. My mechanic made it clear that my car could not have been driven in this condition at all, which proves the damage happened while in 3D Roadside's care. Before the tow truck touched my vehicle, the only issue was a dead battery. No fluids were leaking prior to their involvement. When I called 3D Roadside LLC to report the damage, they hung up on me and blocked my number. This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and takes no accountability for their actions.

I drove in without an appointment in late August after having been rear-ended in my SUV. Coincidentally, my husband was away for a week and I had no one else to help me decide one repair shop over another and I did not want to make my husband concerned because he was on a much-deserved trip! So I was trying to navigate this on my own. Barb met me with a smile and was extremely sympathetic and understanding of my plight. She called Steve to come out and look at my car and he immediately said it should not be driven and I wasn't safe in it, so they took over as my ADVOCATES and fought all the battles on my behalf. Wow, am I ever glad I went there instead of somewhere else! They explained, briefly and completely, all my options and MOST IMPORTANTLY, all my legal rights! They are experts at how the insurance systems work and they know what they can and cannot do legally. I was completely taken care of! They got me a rental car which was delivered right to the shop and I was able to drive home from there without any problems and didn't pay a PENNY to the rental agency because they knew how to deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They stayed in touch with me and we worked out all the issues as time went on, even though they ended up having to keep my old car, which was declared to be totaled, on their lot for over 2 months until the insurance stuff was all figured out. The whole experience was so positive, warm, and supportive that I would recommend their business to anyone and everyone who needs them!
