Ott's fixed the damage on my 2007 Toyota so well! And not only fixed the visible damage, but the underlying problems so that it's better than I ever thought possible. We take all our cars here. He is a little pricey but very honest. Every problem we had and used a different mechanic for we either got ripped off or lied to. Ott will tell you straight up. I needed to find a good auto body repair shop after recently moving to Phoenixville and am so very happy with the services I received from Donna and the staff at Ott's. They made the whole ordeal so EASY! She coordinated with my car insurance company, getting the report from their adjuster who inspected the damage, and also with the local Enterprise car rental company to reserve a car for me while mine was in the shop. This is my first time rating any business on yelp but I felt compelled to let you know about this great business. I had a fender bender recently and needed to find a good body shop and looked on yelp for reviews. Every one of them was better than the last one! We ended up going with Ott's for the repair and could not be happier. Donna is absolutely wonderful! She is caring thoughtful and took so much time with us to make everything was right. She even secured a rental car for me and made all the arrangements so easy. Just an overall pleasant experience. Hopefully we won't have to be back there soon but if we are in need, they will be the first we call. I would recommend Ott's to any family, friends or Yelp users. Donna was a gem to work with! I was rear-ended & called around to see how to begin the process of having the other driver's insurance company pay for my car. Donna was super knowledgeable, very sweet, & did an amazing job of communicating with me throughout the process. After Ott's initial review of the damage, they did not feel the car was save to drive off of the lot & Enterprise came to pick me up within 10 minutes - They seem to have a great rapport. Donna's team also washed & vacuumed my car while having it, which I thought was such a nice added touch. The bumper looks like nothing ever happened to it. Ott's Auto Body did an amazing job on the rear end of my Honda Accord. I was rear-ended in an accident, and Ott's made the repair process seamless with great customer service (thanks, Donna!) and a great result. They re-did the entire back end of my car, including pulling the back portion out because it had been pushed in during the accident. The color match was perfect, complete with pinstripes. So glad I found this family-owned shop in town. I stopped by in-person to get a quote on my damaged bumper. Donna was so kind and knowledgeable and was able to give me a free quote on-the-spot. It was a very fair price, so I scheduled an appointment for that week. The repair only took a day and I can't even tell where the original damage was. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior! I highly recommend Ott's to anyone who needs cosmetic work done on their vehicles. Good people + great service = lifetime customers. It's rare I give 5 stars to anything on Yelp, but these people were great. Had a large scrape on front bumper on 5 BMW. Since it's a lease I figured I was better off having someone fix it rather than BMW when I turned it in. Got 3 quotes and liked the fact that Otts could have my car back in a day and half, other places wanted "at least" 3 days to take the bumper off, etc. Donna said they could do my car in a day and a half, so I dropped it off on a Sunday night. Monday around 4 PM Donna called and said the car was done. The bill was very close to the estimate, but they not only fixed the scrape on the bumper, but took car of a few other area's for me. When I got the car back, they had washed it and cleaned the inside. I wouldn't go to another place but these people. Very nice to do business with , they take all major credit cards and Donna couldn't have been more accomadating. read more

Who does business like this anymore? Apparently Otts. I needed my right Subaru mirror unit replaced. Called them up and was given the option of used or salvage. I went with salvage. She got the mirror the next day, painted it. Donna drove to the hospital where I work, left her car, took my car to the shop. Washed it, buffed some marks out, replaced the mirror, touched up a fender and returned my car same day for $90 less than the lowest quote she had given me. This is what its all about. This is really true customer service. So pleased and will recommend and use again. read more

I truly believe that this place is run and owned by genuinely honest people. Not once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride with the estimate or the repair process. I had a small scratch on my bumper and gathered several estimates that I felt were ridiculous until I found Ott's. Now my bumper looks great again and I still have money in the bank. read more

I would give this shop a zero if I could. My wife took her car here on Monday. The owner stated that the vehicle needed extensive work to pass inspection. For example: ( off their sheet) 2 sensors, Fuel pump, two tires, front axel torn needed to be replaced, rear wiper blade, air and cabin filter, love this one... polish headlights and oil leak. He said it would cost Thousands of dollars!! She said let me call my husband. Told him not to do any work we were getting rid of it. I took the vehicle to another auto repair Not telling what he had quoted me... they came back and said I needed 2 sensors and 2 tires. There was NO tear in the axel NOR was there any need for a fuel pump, NO oil leak, NO polishing of headlights, NO wiper blade NO cabin Filter.Ended up costing $800 because I up graded my tires. Where in the hell did Thousands of dollars come from?? This place is a rip off and they lie to up your bill. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from here!! I'd be more than happy to share the paperwork from both places but, I can't here. Love to hear what their excuse is, but wouldn't get on the phone with me!!! read more
