I got a email from Glenside Auto Spa for a Ceramic Wax special for $80 that runs to the end of September. I've never heard of a ceramic wax, but sounded good. So I called Brian to make a appointment. I decided, while the car was there, to get the inside detailed as well. He was very nice and professional setting the date and time for me to come in. Louis (very professional and personable) is the young man that did the work and my car looks like a brand new car. The wheels are shining, upholstery looked like new, trunk clean, car just shining from top to bottom! So, so pleased with the job he did. Took the car in at 9am, he was done by 1:30pm. Once again , I'm proud to drive my car. Only downside. they only take cash! I still would highly recommend Glenside Auto Spa!

NEVER AGAIN! My…read moreexperience here was awful, please see photos. What I could not capture was the haze on the hood which was supposed to have waxed and the streak marks on the inside of the windshield that were so bad that I had to pull over on the way home and clean it myself. Cup holders, center console not cleaned, literally the worst detailing job I've ever had done. This was clearly not a effort worthy of the $240 bill. When I called the owner about my experience I found him passive aggressive and unapologetic for his team's attempt. Do yourself a favor and look at the recent reviews of this place, may have been good at one time but mine is the 3rd glaringly bad review in the last few months.

JT helped me navigate the process every step of the way, including the insurance claims and car rental. This shop goes above and beyond, and I am so pleased with the outcome of my car. Communication was very good throughout the process, very accommodating need of client, and reassured that i would love the outcome, indeed!!!! I attached before and after picture of my car. And it looks like good as new!!! Very clean!!! He even washed my car outside and inside,, felt like i got new car. I still have to fix some part in front, he promised to take care of that too (due to scheduling, in Separate appt in November) he promised to give me the good price and would accommodate my need. He told me I should take it down because it was unfair (it wasn't) and I said "Let's see how it goes this time". I figured I'd bump his rating up if he wasn't a pain the neck this time. He kept stalling and whining about the review and I realized he wasn't going to clean my car unless I took down the review. He did a good job on the car last time and my complaint was about his attitude. I wonder if he understands what irony is. Follow up: I just read bubby's response and it's telling that he's equating a car wash with a doctor's office. I show up on time for the doctor, but when I go to a garage, they take my car, get to it when they can and call me to come get it. And they know how to FIX cars, not just wash them.

We had our 2020 Kia Soul detailed for the first time with Magic Motorz. We inquired for a quote…read morethrough Yelp and they responded promptly with their pricing and availability. We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

This rating is not based on their service, as I was unable to take advantage of that. Instead, this…read morereview is for their communication, or lack thereof. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.
